It’s not just a playground game for Eva, Aggie, Heidi, and Sally, the foursome hailing from Sydney, Australia. Skipping together since the age of 6, Team Teal spends hours training and practicing for what they hope will be their chance to take the World Title.
After placing second at the National Championships, Team Teal hopes to represent Australia at the Skipping World Championships in Shanghai. Coach Rupina knows it won’t be any easy road by any means.
Team Teal trains daily and are no strangers to knee injuries, ankle injuries, fatigue, and failures but even that won’t stop them. Their commitment to the competition is immense and with the help of their GoFundMe campaign, they hope to raise the funds it will cost for the entire team to embark on the trip of a lifetime.
