Cirugía de emergencia

My name is Travis, and I’m starting this fundraiser for myself, my girlfriend, her sister, and our two dogs after an apartment fire turned our lives upside down. Thankfully, nothing directly burned in our unit, but the apartment was left completely soaked, and nearly everything we own has been ruined. Right now, we are assuming most of it will not be salvageable because of the water damage and likely mold. We are still waiting to hear what insurance and Red Cross may be able to help with, but we already know we have lost so many of the basic things we depend on every day.

We lost almost all of our essentials, including clothes, furniture, electronics, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, bathroom items, and pet supplies. With school starting next week, this has become even more urgent. We need to replace school supplies like laptops, lab coats, scrub pants, notebooks, pens, pencils, and bookbags so we can get back to class and work with as little downtime as possible. Our dogs also lost their food, bowls, beds, crates, carriers, toys, and treats. We do have a place to stay for now, but we will most likely need to sign a new lease soon and cover those fees while trying to rebuild from scratch.

We felt so much love even through the devastation, and our hearts are still with everyone else who went through this experience with us. If you are able to help, any support will go toward replacing the essentials we need most and helping us get back to some sense of stability during this stressful time. Anything truly helps, whether it is a donation or simply sharing this fundraiser. Thank you for caring about me, my family, and our dogs as we work to move forward.

My cat Gimli has been experiencing frequent urinary blockages. When I first got him, he was only 2 weeks old, and I had pulled him from a car engine. Since then, I have had him for almost 2 years.

Recently, I noticed him straining to use the litter box. It resulted in a $1,000 trip to the vet to clear him back in July of this year. It's been about two weeks since he's been home. Monday morning, I noticed him straining again and immediately rushed him to a vet. They told me he had another blockage and have kept him since, keeping him on pain meds, sedatives, and a catheter.

I don't have a lot of money. I had about $3,000 in savings, and $1,000 has already gone to Gimli. I've been trying to get a car, as my family currently only has one. If this next trip costs the same, I won't be able to afford a car or future vet bills. Or worst case scenario, a surgery that would result in his genitalia being removed for better urinary flow. Which I hope it never comes to.

I don't want to be incapable of caring for my pet. I don't want to have to put him down. But if I can raise funds to prevent future strife, it would give me a fighting chance. Gimli is just a baby. I don't have great credit, so the bank has denied me loans and won't help me. Any little bit helps.

If you’ve ever had the privilege of knowing Traci Stoudt, then you already know one thing: she is the person who shows up. Traci is the first to offer a helping hand, a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, or words of encouragement when someone is struggling. She has spent her life putting others before herself, cheering people on through their darkest days, and reminding them they were never alone.

Today, Traci is facing one of the biggest battles of her life: cancer. The road ahead will bring medical treatments, appointments, uncertainty, and challenges no one should have to face alone. While Traci is approaching this fight with courage and determination, the emotional, physical, and financial burdens that come with cancer are overwhelming. The funds raised here will help Traci cover medical bills, treatment costs, and daily expenses, easing some of the stress so she can focus on healing.

Now it’s our turn to show up for her. It’s our turn to surround Traci with the same love, kindness, and support she has given so freely to so many others. Every donation, every share, every prayer, and every message of encouragement will help ease the burden and remind her that she has an army standing beside her. Cancer picked the wrong woman—Traci is beyond strong, resilient, and loved beyond measure. Together, we are going to help her fight this battle every step of the way. If you are able, please consider donating whatever you can. No contribution is too small, and sharing this fundraiser with your family and friends is just as valuable. Thank you for helping us support Traci during this difficult journey. Let’s rally around her, lift her up, and show her that she does not have to fight alone!

Our beloved baby Dolly passed unexpectedly of heart failure this month. Dolly was the sweetest, silliest soul, and her loss has been a great tragedy to us and those who loved her.

We are raising funds to aid the costs of attempting to save her life, end-of-life costs, and to cover her cremation.
