Stand with Brandy in Her Time of Need

<p>I’m trying to help the woman I love.<br /><br />10 years ago my darling wife Regan was T-boned in her vehicle; resulting in her suffering a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). 
</p>

<p><span style="font-size:1.0625rem;">Despite perseverance and a determined personality, Regan is fighting a never ending battle that’s  becoming increasingly more challenging and overwhelming.<img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/45817550_1582864601338541_r.jpeg" alt="45817550_1582864601338541_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" />I am an Emergency Medical Technician, watching the woman I love most in this world suffer, and there’s nothing I can do but keep trying.</span>

<p><span style="font-size:1.0625rem;"><br /></span>Regan had to leave her career as a digital artist after another bout of her chronic fatigue condition. She become heavily depressed whilst continually fighting the symptoms of a (so far) incurable illness. 
</p>

<p>Despite being insured for long term disability in her prior position,  Regans insurance company “The Hartford” are financially ruining our family with expensive legal battles with an aim is to avoid liability. We have already paid thousands in medical bills and tests and we are now facing additional expenses with further tests and lawyer bills.<br /><br />Their aim is to make it too expensive for us to continue her case. My wages alone are not enough to pay our bills, cover legal fees, make plans for a future, or even know where we will be living over the coming months.<br /><br />My name is Kevin, I am a British military war veteran, and also a veteran of the United States Army.

But I’m asking for you to read the following lines with some empathy from one human to another.<br /><br />I love my wife more than life itself. Regan taught me how to trust people again after I myself fell on hard times once before. </span>

Veteran needs help for his wife

Hi all! After weeks of suffering from severe migraines and non-stop pain, our dear friend Steve Miner was recently diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Because of the tricky location of the aneurysm, the neurosurgeons do not believe operating would be the best course of action at this time, and are trying to manage it with beta blockers and other medications for the time being. Because Steve is still in so much pain, and unable to drive/partake in his normal day-to-day activities, he is to be out of work for an extended period. We are asking that anyone who is in a position to help out with a donation, please do. Any amount makes a difference. Not only is Steve unable to work and therefore receive a steady income, if surgery does come into play at some point, the medical expenses will be another burden Steve should not have to bear on his own.<br /><br />Steve is an AMAZING friend, coworker, and single-handedly the most selfless and kindhearted person I know. He is always the first person to go out of his way to assist anyone in need or lend a helping hand, no matter the circumstance, so he whole heartedly deserves all of our love and support during this tough time.<br /><br />Thank you so, so much!

Yesterday we lost our beloved Jaclyn to a tragic car accident in West Brookfield. She was with one of her dear friends, Lena Noonan, and her boyfriend, Christian Congelos. <br />Jaclyn was a sweet, smart and beautiful soul. She was silly and loved to laugh and smile. She had a heart of gold and she would have done anything for anyone. <br />At 14 years old, Jaclyn was inducted into the National Honor Society just last year. She was on Student Council, Track and Cross Country. She had an incredible amount of potential, but unfortunately her journey was cut short and she was called to Heaven. <br />Please help us lay Jaclyn to rest and celebrate her life. We appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers during this time of tragedy, loss and mourning.<br /><br />Please feel free to add photos and memories to the comments. My brothers and I were raised on Rose Street, and just a few blocks away, on Henry Street, lived Tina and her brother Paul. We weren’t just neighbors—we were part of a small, tightly woven community where childhood friendships blossomed into lifelong bonds.

<div>Tina has always been one of those steady, kind-hearted people you could count on without question. And when she met Chuck, I saw two generous, compassionate souls come together to form one incredible force of love and quiet strength.

<div>Over the years, Tina and Chuck have given so much of themselves to others—without hesitation—always showing up with open hearts and helping hands. They've been there in times of celebration and sorrow, including for members of my own extended family. Their compassion has touched so many lives, and now, as we enter this season of gratitude and giving, it’s our turn. It’s time for all of us who have been fortunate enough to know them to come together and support them with the same unwavering love and generosity they’ve so freely offered to others.

<div>Chuck was diagnosed with acute Myeloid Leukemia on Halloween 2024—a diagnosis that changed everything for their family. Since then, their lives have been consumed by doctor visits, spending months in Boston for treatments coupled with the emotional and physical toll of fighting this devastating disease.

<div>This battle has placed them under immense financial and emotional stress. Medical bills, time away from work, and the cost of simply navigating daily life during a health crisis have become overwhelming.
