<div>I am Bahaa from Gaza, I am 27 years old, I graduated from Gaza University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I have been through five wars including this one, but this is the worst, me

<div> and my family lost our home, our source of income and everything, we were forced to flee more than 3 times, now we live in a tent and life is very difficult.

<div>My story began in 2014 during the fierce war on the Gaza Strip that lasted 52 days, when my older brother, Mohammed, who was the sole breadwinner for my family, was martyred. Several months after my brother’s martyrdom, my father fell seriously ill, but the illness did not give him much time and pursued my brother Mohammed.
</div>

<div>We are a family of 8 members, my youngest brother is Ibrahim who is not more than three years old, we were licking our wounds and trying to get our lives back without my father and my brother Mohammed until the brutal aggression came in the fall of 2023, and the occupation army ordered us to leave our homes and our beautiful town of Al-Qarara.

<div>At first, we went to one of our relatives in Khan Yunis and stayed for only one day and one night, then the second evacuation order came with heavy shelling. We then went directly to Rafah and stayed with one of our friends for about two months without healthy food or clean water, and with a significant increase in prices. After about two months, the occupation army ordered us to leave Rafah again and move to the Mawasi area. We actually moved to the Mawasi area in Khan Yunis, and now we are still living in the Mawasi area and living inside tents that do not protect us from the summer heat, the winter cold, or the rainfall.

<div>My family and I have lived through times full of bombing, displacement, homelessness, fear, suffering, destruction, pain, famine, food shortages, unsanitary water, and the spread of diseases and epidemics. In addition to all of this, our home was destroyed and we lost all the beautiful memories and wonderful times.

My family consists of 10 individuals. The war forced us to move from the north of the Gaza Strip to the south of the Strip. When I finished my studies at university in the field of business administration, I created my own project on Instagram called Marah Store and worked in an e-commerce company in the Media Bayer division, my first and last goal of work was to support my family, help them, and meet the needs of my sisters. At the beginning of the war, the entire company was bombed and the crossing was closed. I lost all my work and there was no longer any source of livelihood for me. My father owns a small project. (Mini market), but unfortunately the entire store’s merchandise, valued at more than $30,000, was stolen (he had put all his life’s effort into this project) In my opinion, our beautiful house was one of the most beautiful and quiet houses, but unfortunately it was destroyed by the war, so we no longer have either the house or the work.
