<div>Many of our animals come to us with various medical issues that need to be addressed quickly. <strong>Often times we are limited on funding to help these cases.</strong> Any amount contributed to this fundraiser is really appreciated and will save our furry friends!

<div>I am starting this fundraiser to raise £15,000 to help fight and save Beloved kennels.

<div>Beloved kennels have successfully run a boarding service, daycare, rescue and rehabilitation for dogs in need for many years. They also house many complex dogs with behavioural issues that cannot safely be re homed. Beloved is what they have called their home for as long as most of them remember.

<div>Closure of their kennels will result in many of these dogs being euthanised as they will have nowhere to go.

<div>Since Beloved kennels were served a noise abatement order, they have worked hard with the little funds they have to improve their facilities including hiring a sound surveyor and professional planning advisor.

<div>After moving into what she thought was her dream home, things took a scary turn. Her eyes started flaring, her skin broke out in painful rashes, and no matter what she changed in her routine—diet, skincare, doctors—it kept getting worse. <div>Hey, we’re Mel &amp; Phil and we are hoping to be able to raise enough money to get vet treatment for the Bali street dogs that we look after where we live. In particular Zombie who is staying very skinny despite us feeding him a lot (he may have a parasite or something), Mummy dog who we’d like to get sterilised so she doesn’t have more puppies, and in general the right treatment, sterilisation, and food for all of the dogs. <div>We found them when we first came to Panglao near to our accommodation. We fell in love with their kind temperament quickly, and even more once they got comfortable enough to play and cuddle with us! We visited them every day to feed them and check on their condition until we could finally take them to our accommodation  to live with us. It has been a long and arduous journey so far, full of highs and lows and a very big surprise…

<div>Fox was pregnant! She gave birth to two puppies - a boy and a girl who we’ve named Bear and Otter. 
</div>

</div>
<div>Both Monkey and Fox were diagnosed with blood parasites. They had mange, were malnourished, and Fox’s pregnancy took its toll on her. We had to do a six week course of medication for both the adult dogs, and when the puppies were 5 weeks we went to get them tested. It was possible that they had contracted the blood parasites in the womb, and unfortunately the vet confirmed they had.

<div>We are now in the middle of the puppies’ treatment for the parasites. Along the way, we found another puppy alone on a busy road and in extreme danger. We took her to the vet, who has kindly been looking after her. We are also in a highly populated area, where we are trying to help local strays with medicine and food where we can. 
</div>

<div>The adult dogs have come so far, and the puppies are strong and fighting. They all need to be sterilised, vaccinated, and tested regularly to make sure their blood parasites are not returning. 
</div>

</div>
<div>Vet visits are far from over, regular medication seems to be a part of our daily life for the foreseeable future, and eventually we need to be able to take the adult dogs with us. Potentially, we will take the puppies too if we cannot find a good home for them here. 
</div>

<div>As you can imagine, this all adds up to big expenses. We are so, so grateful for any support that you can give - even 50p from you is a help towards their care and happy future!
