I am starting this fundraiser to raise £15,000 to help fight and save Beloved kennels.

Beloved kennels have successfully run a boarding service, daycare, rescue and rehabilitation for dogs in need for many years. They also house many complex dogs with behavioural issues that cannot safely be re homed. Beloved is what they have called their home for as long as most of them remember.

Closure of their kennels will result in many of these dogs being euthanised as they will have nowhere to go.

Since Beloved kennels were served a noise abatement order, they have worked hard with the little funds they have to improve their facilities including hiring a sound surveyor and professional planning advisor.

Funds raised will go towards

Professional sound survey- £2,500

To independently assess noise levels and support further mitigation measures.

Existing outstanding planning and professional fees- £3,500

Ecological survey- £1,600

Required to assess whether we can install a noise reduction earth mound to further reduce sound impact.

Court appeal and associated legal fees- £1,700

Solicitor and legal aid- £5,700

This may increase dependent on how long court takes. Beloved kennels would love to raise funds for more sound panelling however planning will not accept their request to start building.

Beloved kennels are trying to act, improve and fight for practical solutions for the welfare of their dogs and for the future of Beloved kennels.

Every donation helps them continue to fight to keep their door open for the staff, volunteers, customers and rescue dogs.
