 I’m reaching out asking for help for someone who means so much to all of us, our dear friend, Jen Zuercher.
</div>

 Sadly, Jen is now facing the unimaginable. Her cancer has returned and has metastasized. Her focus is now on spending precious time with the people she loves and making the most of the time she has left.
</div>

 This journey has brought not only tremendous emotional pain, but also significant financial challenges. Medical treatment and medications, household expenses, and time away from work can quickly become overwhelming.

 I’m starting this fundraiser hoping to help take some of the financial pressure off the family so they can concentrate on each other, make memories, and spend this time together.

<div>I asked them if they dropped their wallet and immediately they said no and were honest. Even though they didn’t know me, and even though they’re carrying more than most people ever should, they still chose to be honest.

<div>To reward their honesty, I gave them $500.

<div>They were so shocked and began to tear up as they shared their story.
</div>

<div><strong>Eduardo is a father who already endured the unimaginable—losing his son to cancer. Now, as the sole provider for his family, he’s battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer himself.</strong> His wife is standing by his side through it all. He can’t work, the bills are piling up, and they’re on the verge of being evicted and losing their home. They’re doing everything they can to hold things together, but it’s overwhelming.

<div>Even with all the weight they’re carrying, they still chose kindness. In a moment where they could have said yes, they stepped in to help.

<div>I asked him if he could help me buy baby food. He didn’t know me, and even though he’s behind on his house payment and worried about losing his home, he still said yes.

<div>Afterward, I gave him $500 to thank him for his kindness.

<div>He was shocked and started to tear up as he told me his story.

<div>Gary is 81 years old and a Vietnam veteran who has already given so much in his life. Right now, he’s going through a really hard season.

<div>He’s behind on his mortgage and afraid he might lose the home he’s lived in for years. He’s also battling skin cancer. On top of that, someone recently broke into his car and stole many of his belongings, including his phone.

<div>He’s doing everything he can to stay afloat, but it’s been overwhelming and his wife just got laid off from her job.

</div>

<div>And even with all of that, he still chose to help a stranger.

On March 1, 2025, Freddy left this world far too soon at the age of 43, leaving behind an incredible legacy of love, kindness, and joy.

<div>Freddy was born on August 27, 1981, in Ghana, and at the age of 9, moved to Germany. In 2008, he moved to the U.S. to pursue soccer at Wesleyan College, where he met the love of his life, Rebecca, and started a family. Freddy was the most adoring father to his two children, Jayden (14) and Hope (7), and a devoted husband to Rebecca. Their lives together were filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

<div>Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Freddy—whether for a moment or a lifetime—knows how special he was. He had a way of making everyone feel seen and valued, and his infectious personality and humor left lasting impressions. Freddy’s wisdom was always paired with a warm smile, and his advice always came from the heart.

<div>Freddy was driven, hardworking, and meticulous in everything he did, whether it was his career as a fund accountant or keeping track of everyday details with his trusty spreadsheets. He found joy in the simple things, whether it was a walk in the rain, a delicious meal, or spending time with his family—whether playing soccer with Jayden or enjoying tea parties with Hope. He loved exploring new places, cultures, and experiences, but most of all, he cherished the time spent with his family, creating memories together.

<div>We are devastated by his loss and heartbroken for Rebecca, Jayden, and Hope, whose lives have been forever changed. Freddy’s absence leaves a void that will never be filled, but we are committed to supporting his family through this unimaginable time.

Coming Together for Freddy’s Family

Words are inadequate to explain the loss that Cassandra Landis, her children and family is experiencing. <br /><br />It is with immense pain and heartache that we share with you the passing of our husband, father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend to all-Randall “Randy” Landis Jr.<br /><br />Randy was on a missions to the Dominican Republic when he suddenly passed away on Wednesday morning. Serving others was Randy’s greatest passion. <br /><br />Spreading love and hope was what he lived for. <br /><br />At 40, Randy is survived his loving wife and soulmate, Cassandra, their 3 children, Milán, Levi, and Thailyn, along with a host of family and friends.<br /><br />To know Randy, was to love him and be loved by him. He always had ear to listen to  you, a story to tell, a word of wisdom to share and a joke to tell. We can’t count the moments when he literally gave you the shirt off his back. He would stop his car to assist a stranger in need, and would make you feel that he was your best friend for years. <br /><br />His love for his family and friends, along with his love of Jesus and sharing God’s word was always on display as he literally was a walking testimony. <br /><br />We covet your prayers at this time as we navigate through this as a family. <br /><br />If you are led to contribute financially, please make donations to this account for Cassandra their children in their time need. In Loving Memory of Randall Landis, Jr.

At just 26 years old, he was killed in a skiing accident while visiting his older brothers, David and Jesse in Pennsylvania. While the Kuwabara family is heartbroken because of this devastating tragedy, the love and support shown by family, friends, their church and community coupled with their faith will be what helps them through. <br /><br />We are lifting this family up in prayer and also want to support them by helping to lift the financial burden. When a loss like this occurs, it's felt by everyone. So many ask "in addition to prayers, what more can I do?" My parents took a good week to 10 days to name him and when they finally decided on Lincoln James it seemed to my 10 year old ears to be a very tall name for his long skinny newborn body, he totally filled his name with grace and kindness!!!<br /><br />He was the best brother, who was unusually in tune with those around him, he was overly thoughtful, kind and his flare was seemingly understated.. or overshadowed by his flashier, and charismatic 2 older brothers....He was silently strong in character, silently generous, silently happy and content in the moment.. I say silently, but there was nothing silent about the way he lived his life.<br /><br /><img class="not-resizable" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/27917216_1519269837.8871_funddescription.png" alt="" width="100%" /><br /><br />He traveled to us for each of my 5 kids birth, he quietly didn't mind when Omar used to call him Uncle Jess even though he was the Uncle that was there playing with him all the time. Humble, kind... and such a fun silly side to him.<br /><br />We as a whole family desperately miss him, our hearts are shattered and can't imagine our family time without him.. and grieve for his years not lived and experienced.<br /><br />Lincoln, I love you so much. I can't believe that 2 weeks ago yesterday, I was hugging you and hurting with you over the loss of our Uncle... in my wildest dreams I would never have thought my kids will be losing their beloved Uncle. <br /><br />When we sat down to talk, your face lit up when you told me about your plan to travel to visit Jesse this week...
