<div>UPDATED: My father, Newton Waite, was wrongly detained by ICE for nearly one year, in inhumane conditions, before at last being conditionally released back home on July 19th pursuant to a writ of habeas corpus. He still has removal proceedings pending against him, which we will be fighting vigorously as being entirely unjustified. He is never committed any crime andis not a flight risk. He is a taxpayer, a chef, and a community member. He does not deserve all that he has endured in ICE’s hands over these horrible 10 months or the removal fight still to come
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since my father was taken by ICE in Massachusetts in September 2025. He was held and moved through 6 different states (New York, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arizona, and finally California), declined proper health care, ICE has stolen money from him, and even refused to give him his glasses. My father’s healthdeclined considerably during all this time in ICE custody, and our family has suffered greatly.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am asking for further help if possible. Our family still owes legal fees and we will face further legal fees for our ongoing fight against removal proceedings. Anything is appreciated.

Support My Father's Fight After Unjust Detention

<div>In early March, our lives changed in an instant. What we initially thought was simple sciatic pain turned out to be two herniated discs. Within days, Sarah was transferred from our local hospital to Tufts Medical Center in Boston for emergency back surgery. Since then, the journey has been far more difficult than we ever imagined. Over the past four months, Sarah has endured a total of four surgeries while battling severe pain and complications from infections. She has spent most of that time in and out of the hospital. Because of this, Sarah has been unable to work. We have been navigating the complexities of medical bills with our insurance, but the immediate crisis we are facing is keeping a roof over our heads. Between the costs of commuting back and forth to Boston, the ongoing medical expenses, and the day-to-day costs of raising our almost 3-year-old daughter on a single income, our emergency savings have been completely exhausted. We have looked into every possible avenue for assistance, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to secure the support we need to bridge this gap. I am a person who takes great pride in providing for my family, and I have always been someone who prefers to handle things on my own. Asking for help is not easy for me, and I have struggled with the feeling of embarrassment that I cannot shield my family from this hardship. However, through the support of our family and our faith, I have come to realize that there is no shame in reaching out for a hand when the burden becomes too heavy to carry alone. We are not just asking for help with our rent; we are asking for help so that Sarah can focus entirely on her recovery and I can focus on being there for her and our daughter. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a massive difference in helping us keep our home and navigate this nightmare. If you are unable to donate, we completely understand. Please just keep Sarah in your thoughts and prayers, and consider sharing this page with others. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and support during the hardest season of our lives.

<div>PORTUGUESE
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
Ela passou a maior parte desse tempo entrando e saindo do hospital.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

Help Us Keep Our Home During Sarah's Recovery

<div>In the early hours of Saturday December 7th, while parked at the Collegian Hotel &amp; Suites in Syracuse, NY, lespecial’s sprinter van was broken into.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The back window was shattered, and three of Luke Bemand’s bass guitars—including two irreplaceable custom one-of-a-kinds (pictured)—and two Swiss Army roller suitcases filled with clothes were stolen.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The band has filed reports with the hotel &amp; police, contacted local pawn shops and continue to search for the missing instruments. Unfortunately the custom basses are not covered by insurance. This is a heartbreaking loss for Luke and lespecial - the custom basses in particular are completely unique and hold years of memories and creative energy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re hoping you’ll help by donating to help replace the instruments, keep an eye out for the stolen items on resale platforms or in local shops, and share this to spread the word. Thanks all.

Rally for lespecial: Stolen Basses & Gear

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello friends, my name is Ava Zigmand and I am organizing this fundraiser alongside my friend Enock Kuteesa, who I recently connected with over social media. Enock lives in Mityana, Uganda, in the village of Buswabolongo. Since becoming an orphan himself after losing his family members to COVID-19, 24-year-old Enock has taken it upon himself to <strong>look after and financially support 18 children without families of their own</strong>. All of them currently reside in a one-room space that Enock rents out monthly. This space measures approximately 200 sq feet.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Enock is one man, working on a farm to provide for these children. There are many costs associated with daily life necessities, most importantly, food and medical bills. <strong>We are using this platform to fundraise enough money so that Enock can purchase land and materials to work towards building a structure large enough to house all of the children and possibly more in the future</strong>. This way, shelter will no longer be a monthly bill, and going forward, all earnings can go directly towards nourishing their health and well-being.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support will allow us to <strong>1. purchase a plot of land. 2. coordinate efforts towards building a shelter large enough to house everyone</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have met Enock and the children and can attest that they are beautiful people, full of love who deserve to live a dignified life. Enock has dedicated his life to these children. Let’s work together to achieve this goal for them! If you cannot donate, I ask that you think of one place to share/post this fundraiser so that the message spreads to those who may have compassion for this cause. I will post updates along the way, Enock extends his gratitude to every person who donates/spreads the word. Thank you so much!

Help Enock Build a Home for Orphaned Children

<div>Dear friends, my name is<strong> Mohamed Alshayyah</strong> from <strong>Gaza</strong>. I am 29 years old.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>My sad story:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I lived the last 7 years of my life away from my family, friends so I could work and get a small sum of money that would help me get married and help my family in life. I was working as a sales representative in a company outside my country.
</div>
<div>In fact, I was about to be married to my life partner and lover, Aya, who is 20 years old. we were preparing for our beautiful marriage before the war broke out, exploding our hearts and dreams and ending my professional career.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Israeli occupation prevented us from completing our ceremony, which we had dreamed of. We had drawn, planned, and dreamed, but all of this was soon destroyed, and our thoughts and plans instead became: how can we survive this nightmare that has befallen us?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/80044307_1715457766378391_r." width="100%" />

</div>
<div>(Me and my fiancée before the war)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>My family:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have <strong>3 brothers</strong> and <strong>5 sisters</strong>, my<strong> mother 57</strong> years old and <strong>father 64</strong> years old and they all need help. They have all suffered the scourges of war, and this is an example of one of our losses.
</div>
<div>My brother, the architect <strong>Ibrahim Al-Shayyah</strong> and his wife and their cute little daughter, lost a large part of their house before they even lived in it, which he spent many years trying to build.
</div>
<div>A large part of his private business headquarters (<strong>Inside Studio</strong>) was damaged and stopped working for 200 days.
</div>
<div>It was the primary source of income for him and our family, as my father and mother had no source of income.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every family member has a similar difficult story.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/80044307_1715458454458457_r." width="100%" />

<div><br />
</div>
<div>(home before and after the destruction)
</div>
<div>It was a simple house that we hoped to live in simply, with love and tenderness, but the dream was not completed due to the war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/80044307_171545908375445_r." width="100%" />

<div><br />
</div>
<div>(My brother's office before and after the destruction)
</div>
<div>With the destruction of this office, a big dream for my brother and for all the engineers who worked with him in this beautiful office was destroyed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How your donation will help us:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>$10,000</strong> could potentially enable me and my fiancée to cross out of Gaza into Egypt.
</div>
<div><strong>$5,000</strong> could potentially enable one of my family to cross out of Gaza into Egypt.
</div>
<div><strong>$1000</strong> will help us buy food and water for a month.
</div>
<div><strong>$500 </strong>will help us find somewhere safe to shelter in a tent.
</div>
<div><strong>$300</strong> will help us buy the medications that we need for our families.
</div>
<div>• The funds will help get me and my family to safety, and get my mother and father medicine they consistently need.
</div>
<div>• It will help me and my fiancée and some of my family to leave from Gaza to Egypt.
</div>
<div>• Financial assistance to any family member (food, water, medicine, shelter).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>You will help us flee to a safe place with your help (<strong>even by donating $5, $10, ..</strong>.)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank for <strong>Leslie Marie</strong>. She will help us receive donations through her bank account in America, and then she will transfer them to us through my brother’s bank account.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Finally, thank you so much for contributing to saving the life of me and my family. You will help us escape death, starting with a new temporary hope in Egypt and bringing safety. Please, do kindly share this with your network on social media and those you know. I would be thankful.

Help Helmy's family survive

<div>Hi, my name is Marah Shamali . I’m 24 years old, from Gaza, which has been under siege and war for as long as I can remember. I graduated from Palestine university ,college of Dentistry since 2022.We’ve been under an ethnic cleansing genocide since October 7th, and the aggression has not stopped since then We're facing an inevitable threat of death from bombing, famine, and nonexistent healthcare, ourlives has Changed , forever.This aggression has transformed me from an ambitious person seeking a master's degree and pursuing a career outside Gaza to someone stuck under the constant threat of genocide.
Israel airstrikes bombed Our home which transformed to "rubbles " with all our memories.(Pictures attached below)and now we are homeless.

My family and I have been displaced five times since the aggression. We are now in tent "refugee camp" that lacks the basic necessities of life: no bathroom
no personal hygiene or water suitable for drinking or daily use! We are living in an open prison We are living our worst nightmare with our eyes open!

We are prone to being displaced again at any given moment, and there is no place to go! there is no safe place.<span style="font-family:'-apple-system-body';"> I seek your support , not just in thoughts and prayers but in actions.
I need to evacuate Gaza with my family of 4 members and start a new future from zero point.The area is deprived of the simplest means of life,Even after the ceasefire, rebuilding Gaza to make it livable again with the necessity to survive will be nearly impossible in the near future.

We urge your support in facilitating the education and resettlement of one of the war-affected individuals from Gaza, where educational facilities and hospitals have been decimated by conflict. Your assistance can provide them with the opportunity to rebuild our lives outside the confines of Gaza, ensuring access to education and healthcare, essential for their well-being and future prospects.

You can offer hope and a fresh start to those most affected by the ravages of war. every dollar brings us one stop closer to survive.
I have a trusted close friend in Ireland her name is Reema AbuOwda, the money from Go fund me will be transferred to her </span>

We thought that the war would end after two weeks or 10 days and we would return to our schools and our lives, but the destruction, fear, and intensity of aircraft bombing and tank shells increased day after day, and at the end of the second month of the war, Israeli tanks approached our region. <div>We went to my grandmother's house, where my uncles, aunts and everyone gathered in one apartment. My family was able to stay in one room, and then communications were cut off and the tragedy began with the lack of water and food. For a whole month, we ate only rice, and my mother cooked it in a different color every day so that my younger brothers would accept it, but there was no rice. It is no longer available, hunger and children are crying and there was no one to save us Hamza was the only savior for us, but contact with him was cut off and we did not find food except animal feed and we buy it at a high price and grind it and it becomes like biscuits and here our stomachs started to hurt and everyone wanted to go to the bathroom with the lack of water and the power outage. . And the sounds and lights of explosives around us

<div>Suddenly, bullets started flying, and corpses were in the street around us. A tank shell entered the room and my father was inside the room, but it did not explode, and some of the bottles entered his eye. We quickly left and ran, as my family dispersed and went to a farther place (in front of a garden. We placed pieces of cloth in the street and stayed there), and our family was without a breadwinner or support. My father's legs were damaged due to diabetes and the lack of medicine, and my sisters suffer from intestinal diseases and swollen eyes.

<div>When the tanks withdrew from Tal al-Hawa (our old home), we went to check our apartment to maybe find food or clothes, but the place became terrifying and planes were flying above us. We found nothing among the rubble except my brother Hamza’s shirt with his picture printed on it. We kept it as a memory so that he could wear it when he returned from abroad. The scene was painful. My sisters search for their school bags and my mother searches for food, but to no avail

<div>We are still in the north hungry, afraid, and waiting for death at every sound of a bomb and every second. Despite that, my sisters and I go out to film a video in order to appeal to your humanity and publish it on social media. We know that this exposes us to danger and perhaps humiliation, and we did not imagine that a day would come when we would appeal to people for... Money, but getting out to a safe place costs us a lot of money, perhaps exceeding $100,000, and food is expensive, as are the basic needs of children and women, and you can watch the videos here.

<div>My family consists of 12 people (with my married sister) and we need to go to Egypt as soon as possible in order to treat my father and stay in a safe place, so we have to pay 8 thousand dollars per person so that we can go out and we need to buy food and water. We know that this is a large amount, but we We are forced to pay it in order to survive. Imagine that I am your daughter or sister. Is your donation of $5 or $1000 not necessary to save a child who lost his home and school, is afraid and sick?? We have millions of views on social media, and this is our only hope and the only remaining chance for my family’s survival.

Your support will save my family in northern Gaza

<div>Hello everybody, we still connected and we need your continues help and support for my family in Gaza , they are four sister, three brother, my mother, my father and their Children, which is total of 35 person.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>New update 09/2026 : My Mother has been referred to Egypt for treatment, she suffers from heart disease and high blood pressure and requires special care - all of which entails significant expense .
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am Shadi, living in Germany since eleven years and my whole family living currently in Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are from the city of Khan Yunis - meaning my family had to evacuate their home shortly after the attack on Khan Yunis began due to the escalating conflict after October 7th.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As we know now, most of my sisters and brothers' houses have been destroyed and they lost everything.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since my family displaced, they are living under very difficult conditions, struggling without proper access to food, water, health care, and medication. The situation has become increasingly dangerous, with no safe havens remaining in Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m reaching out to raise funds to help my family during this difficult time. I humbly ask you to help me feed and shelter all the homeless and helpless people in my family. The situation there is getting worse, my people are living out in open with lack of clothes and blankets. They are drained, dehydrated, starving, and cold. They’re facing a severe humanitarian crisis and therefore I urgently need your support to help raise funds to re-build their homes and gather humanitarian aid such as food, water, medical aid and tents for shelter.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support means more than just financial aid, it's a gesture of solidarity and compassion in the face of humanity. Our heart bleeds for them and the least we can do is pray and donate.
</div>

</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>شكراً جزيلاً،

Support eight families in Gaza to keep them a live

<div>Hi, I’m Basmah from Gaza Strip, Despite feeling ashamed, I’m writing this message after frequency and confusion.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The fear forced me to tell you that I’m living a war of genocide for more than 5 months. Many times, I displaced with my family after destroying our house and we escaped from death to many places. I still fear losing any family member during our journey of displacement and suffering, there is no safety in any place in Gaza. We lost everything, our house - health- jobs - education- dreams and future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/78714323_1709715916258123_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I graduated last September of 2023, and I started to pursue my goals and ambitions, I was about to get a new job, and then start studying for a master's, but the war destroyed companies, institutions, hospitals, universities, schools, and everything. There is no longer hope for me to build a new future here.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/78714323_1710849485487452_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My little sisters Lilian (11 years old) and Siwar (7 years old) are two young girls full of energy and innocence. Lost their childhood six months ago due to the war, they are crying every night from the sounds of artillery shelling, asking if their innocent dreams of returning to school and normal life became impossible. Searching for food and clean water for our family in areas where the prices have gone out of control, makes the situation worse. We cook our food on firewood because gas has become a luxury that is not available.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/78714323_1711030195921731_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My little sister Lillian, suffering from chronic chest allergy, she can’t sleep at night due to the lack of treatment, and because we have lost her treatment device in our house that has booming from the first two weeks of the war, she needs treatment outside, in light of the spread of epidemics and diseases in the war, before her condition gets worse.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/78714323_1711669102321877_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I never expected in my entire life to ask for something like this or financial assistance from anyone. However, the current situation is insane and catastrophic, with each of us needing funds to escape this nightmare and cross borders, costing $5,000-$7,000. Now, I have no choices, so I created a Gofundme link to appeal your humanity to support me and survive with my family.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fundraiser is the last resort for me to help us flee the war and be reunited with them. Your contribution means a-lot for us. Also, it means compassion and solidarity for justice and preserving human lives. Any donation from you will save our lives.

</div>
<div>مرحباً للجميع،،
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>محدثتكم بسمه.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Here I will share you how the funds will be spent :
</div>
<div>Permits and crossing fees 30,000$ ( in range 5,000$ per every family member).
</div>
<div>Travel expenses from Gaza to Egypt ( rent, food and other necessities) costs 3,000$.

Urgent: Help Basmah and her family flee the war

<div>Hi, my name is Robyn, I am a British citizen living in the UK. I am fundraising on behalf of the family of my dear friend Jamal who has been displaced from his home in Rafah. Jamal and his 12 other family members are now living in one makeshift tent in catastrophic conditions.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the last 16 months, they have been struggling to survive, to find clean water and food, and they are suffering from malnutrition. They have been living in fear with the constant anxiety of being under heavy bombardment and the constant sound of drones. Jamal desperately wants to ensure the safety of his family. This fundraiser is to help them pay the price to evacuate to safety in Egypt. The situation is very difficult, they did not even want to make a go fund me because they are not used to asking people for help let alone begging for money, but this is their only option for survival and Jamal cannot see his family suffer like this any longer. Your donations will be what will save their life’s.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please help them by donating any amount that you can. If you cannot donate, please share their story and go fund me link. If we all do our part, I know we can help Jamal and his family to survive this. All donations are extremely appreciated and the Abu Hashem family will not forget your kind hearts and generous help.
