<div>
 I suffer from many chronic autoimmune diseases - even a terminal neurodegenerative disease - and now my cat, Moon, needs surgery to try and save her from cancer.
</div>
<div>
 She’s helped me through so much and I can’t lose her yet, I still need her love and support.
</div>

Saving Moon: A Beloved Cat's Surgery Fund

I’m Valeria, and for the past 2 to 3 years I have been caring for feral cat colonies in North Lawndale, Chicago, in the 60623 community, every single day. North Lawndale has historically been neglected and underfunded, especially when it comes to animal care, and that makes life even harder for the many feral and stray cats here. In my neighborhood, there is one of the highest populations of feral and stray cats in the city, and I currently look after more than 30 cats. I feed them, help get them spayed and neutered, make sure they are vaccinated, build shelters for them, and keep a close eye on their health and safety. These cats have become a part of my daily life, and I care deeply about protecting them. Recently, both the cats and I were threatened by neighbors who dislike cats and said they wanted to harm them. That fear is what pushed me to create this fundraiser.
<br>
<br>
 The funds raised will first go toward <strong>security cameras</strong> so I can better protect the colonies and document any danger to them. After that, I will use the funds for <strong>winter shelters</strong> so the cats have a safer, warmer place to survive the cold. If there are any funds left, they will go toward <strong>medical care</strong> for the cats who need treatment. These cats already face so much on the streets, including illness, starvation, and cruelty from people who see them as pests. I see them as living beings who deserve kindness, compassion, love, and protection. They did not choose this life, and while I will continue to do everything I can for them, I truly cannot do it alone. I would be so grateful for any donation or support you can give to help keep these cats safe.

Protect North Lawndale’s Feral Cats

<div>On any given day, 180 cats call Zen Cat Sanctuary home.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Some arrived frightened and abandoned. Some were rescued from unsafe situations. Some would have had nowhere else to go.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, every one of them faces an uncertain future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Zen Cat Sanctuary must relocate, and we have a limited window to secure a new permanent location where these cats can continue receiving the care, safety, and stability they deserve.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is not just a move.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is about protecting 180 lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every cat in our care depends on food, shelter, medical treatment, clean living spaces, and daily attention. Relocating a sanctuary of this size requires careful planning, specialized transportation, veterinary oversight, and a safe destination that can support the needs of so many animals.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Without help from supporters, the challenge of moving 180 cats safely becomes overwhelming.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why We Need Your Help</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our goal is to raise <strong>$45,000</strong> to make this relocation possible.

Save Zen Cat Sanctuary: Help Us Relocate 180 Cats

For over a decade, I have dedicated myself to rescuing cats and kittens from the streets, providing them with safety, medical care, and the chance at a loving forever home. Right now, I am caring for about 30 lives who depend on me every single day. The cost of food, TNR (trap, neuter, release), vet bills, medications, and transportation is more than I can carry alone.
<br>
<br>
 Recently, one of my rescues, Gritty, has started declining rapidly. He is losing a lot of weight and has severe eye and nose discharge, but we haven’t been able to get him to a vet yet. The urgency of his situation, combined with the ongoing needs of the other animals, has pushed us to a breaking point. I’ve poured everything I have into this work because I can’t turn my back on them, but we are at a point where that is no longer enough.
<br>
<br>
 We are in dire straits and truly cannot continue without help. Any donation, no matter how small, helps keep these animals fed, safe, and alive. Your support means the world to us and gives these animals a fighting chance.

Support Our Street Cat Rescue and Vet Care

<div>Hi, I’m Annie!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recently, I unexpectedly found myself becoming an accidental cat rescue. It started when five stray cats showed up at my house. One of them, a sweet mama cat I've named Millie, gave birth to four adorable but feral kittens under my parents' deck.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, I’m caring for nine stray cats:
</div>
<div>• 2 adults,
</div>
<div>• 3 teenage cats,
</div>
<div>• And 4 kittens who are currently between 7 and 8 weeks old.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While this has been an incredibly rewarding journey, it’s also been overwhelming and expensive as an individual who's just trying her best to help some animals in need. Unfortunately, the humane society in my county is out of funds for spay and neuter programs, and there seem to be no other low-cost clinics or trap-and-release organizations around. When I've called other counties, they say that I'm out of their area and they already have so much to do in their own neighborhoods.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>My mission is to ensure that all nine cats get the proper care they need—spaying, neutering, vaccinations, and supplies—so they can live healthy lives and find loving forever homes.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The funds raised will go toward:
</div>
<div>• Spaying/neutering all nine cats to prevent more stray litters.
</div>
<div>• Vaccinations and vet care to keep them healthy.
</div>
<div>• Supplies like food, litter, and kitten care essentials (amazon wishlist is available, but I've noticed that some of the prices for food and things are really high there compared to in-store)
</div>
<div>• Deworming, monthly flea and tick meditation for all cats &amp; more
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As an individual doing this on my own, any support means the world to me—and to these cats. Whether it’s donating, sharing this campaign, or simply spreading the word about these kitties, every bit helps.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping me give these cats the love and care they deserve! ❤️

<div>Urgent Call for Help from Angels With Paws
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Dear Cat Lovers and Friends,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As many of you know, Angels With Paws has been a safe haven for our feline friends since 2003. Founded by Jean Ausenbaugh, our mission was to provide a loving home for cats and kittens until they find their forever families. However, we now face a critical situation that threatens everything we stand for.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Since Jean's unexpected passing in 2020, our fight to continue her legacy has become increasingly difficult. After Jean's passing, the building we had been operating out of was sold, and we were forced to find a new place for Angels With Paws to call home. We purchased a larger facility in August 2023, hopeful that we would now be able to help even more cats find their forever homes. However, the rising operating, supply, medication, and veterinary costs have left us at risk of closing our doors.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are one of the few rescues in Colorado dedicated to helping special needs cats, including incontinent and diabetic kitties, and those with Feline Leukemia Virus. We take surrenders from community members facing housing insecurities or going into assisted living. We pride ourselves on our community efforts in helping our TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) partners throughout the area to place friendly kittens and pregnant mommas, and help our community feeders with food.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>But we can't do it alone. The cats rely on us, and if we close, their futures are uncertain. We urgently need your support.</strong> Any amount helps, whether it's a one-time donation or becoming a regular supporter.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>✨ Together, we can keep Angels With Paws alive and continue our mission of saving cats. ✨
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Donate now and help us spread the word. Share this fundraiser to help us reach fellow cat lovers who can lend a helping paw!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for believing in our mission and for your continued support. Together, we can make a difference for these precious lives. ❤️

Rescue our Rescue: Help Save Our lil Cat Rescue

<div>Please help us help these cats! Extreme hoarding situation in East Brunswick, NJ. Right now there are approximately 60+ cats still in the home. As of 9/15 these cats are facing a terrible fate. Over 60 cats have already been pulled from the home and have proved quite friendly but we are desperately working against the clock. All funds raised here will go toward the care of these cats (food, vet care, etc) once pulled out and spay/neuter and prepping for adoption. Please consider a donation of any size at this point we are massively appreciative of any support whatsoever. Town and contracted town shelter thus far have provided zero support so this is all being done by small rescues. Thank you!
