I'm exhausted from repeated hospital admissions, where many healthcare professionals seem unfamiliar with how to properly manage type 1 diabetes. On one occasion, I had to beg for insulin because it was simply forgotten on my prescription. Insulin is not optional — without it, I could die.

<div>Managing my condition with insulin pens has become increasingly unmanageable. Despite doing everything I can to stay on track, I continue to experience severe lows, diabetic ketoacidosis, and frequent infections. I need better treatment. I don’t want to go blind or die young.
