Melvin The Cat

Boris had a mouthful of rotten teeth and Crooked Tail is hyperthyroid! It has been a long month here with back to back vet appointments for Boris and Crooked Tail. Both were losing weight and we knew we had to act fast. Crooked Tail was the easiest to trap so we took her in and discovered she is hyperthyroid and will now be on meds the rest of her life. We have a follow up appointment next week. And poor Boris! 8 molars pulled, 1 canine pulled, 2 crown amputations, and 5 root extractions. He had to be in a ton of pain! Boris is recovering inside for 10 days so we can closely monitor him. These were are most expensive vet bills to date. Boris's dental was $1678 and Crooked Tails first visit was $504. Any donations towards these bills would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your continued support! Team Melvin.
