We’ve also been building our employer outreach, candidate process, bookkeeping, and banking foundation so Revalis can grow the right way from the beginning. Revalis was created to help people with criminal records get a real opportunity to work — without getting all the way through an interview process just to be rejected because of their background. Revalis also helps candidates prepare for employment through resume support, interview preparation, transportation planning, work-readiness resources, and connections to community assistance when needed.
