Revalis Workforce Solutions was created to help people who are ready to work but keep running into barriers because of their past.

Too many people apply, interview, get their hopes up, and only discover at the end of the hiring process that their background disqualifies them. Revalis is being built to change that.

Our goal is to work with employers upfront, understand their hiring requirements, and connect qualified candidates with opportunities where they have a genuine chance to succeed.

Revalis also helps candidates prepare for employment through resume support, interview preparation, transportation planning, work-readiness resources, and connections to community assistance when needed.

We’ve already taken major steps. Revalis Workforce Solutions has been established, our brand has been developed, and our new website is officially live at:

Now we need help taking the next step — reaching more employers, supporting candidates, building partnerships, and turning this mission into actual jobs and paychecks.

Funds raised will help support employer outreach, candidate preparation, transportation assistance, interview and work-readiness needs, technology, marketing materials, and other startup costs involved in growing Revalis.
