<div>Hello dear reader,
</div>
<div>I'm Stella a disabled trans woman. I've arrived in Berlin after a burnout caused by my work in a university in Germany, since then additionally affected by COVID, isolation, depression and gender dysphoria was unable to finish my PhD. My plan as arrived in Berlin was to recover from that isolating and heavy experience, take a break, find community and live fully my life as a trans woman. But due to facing multiple discrimination as ableism and transmisoginy, that lead also to a violent eviction and house instability, I was getting more and more sick till to a point I became moderately disabled and forcefully removed form my activism and social life I was starting building.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I ended up partially house and bed bound in the dark and in pain while not having a stable and suitable place to rest. Isolated by my disability I lived wherever I could unable to properly rest after trying everything I could to survive get support and care.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Only in the last half year my symptoms are slightly improving thanks to expensive off label treatments and supplements that I was privileged to receive.
</div>
<div>As consequence I’m finally having a little more space to pursue my gender affirming journey and the depression and the dysphoria are now more weighting on my well-being and sense of safety as I’m slowly going back to a social life. I reached than a point where I can’t wait any more. I need a surgery to feel more myself, comfortable in my own skin, safer and being able to breathe again from my nose. That due to a chronic sinusitis and a deviated septum breathing became extremely uncomfortable and barely possible.
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>I'm here asking for your help to make me achieve this essential step in my life. I was very hesitant to open a found raiser but the reality is that I can't realistically achieve it on my own. I don't have support from my family and all this years living in Berlin as disabled person unable to work and dealing with house instability all my resources have been used to keep a roof on my head, to sustain informal rent situations and pay all the medical expenses not covered by social benefits that when I was able to receive were never enough for an entire month. Because of this I need your help, every bits counts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The surgery in question is a FFS with a septum correction included.
</div>
<div>The expenses that will be covered are the following:
</div>
<ul>
<li>hospital fee: 3 260,00 €
</li>
<li>anaesthesia: 1 200,00 €
</li>
<li>surgery: 5 400,00 €
</li>
</ul>
<div>for a total of: <strong>9 860,00</strong> €
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thanks for reading, it matters a lot for me.
</div>
<div>Immensely grateful to everyone will donate and/or share.
</div>

Help Stella Get Gender Affirming Surgery

<div><strong>My Name Is Majdolen. This Is the Last Step.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I am a Syrian trans woman who crossed the Mediterranean by boat, walked the Balkan route, survived German refugee camps, and built a life from nothing in Berlin. I never once asked for help.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Until now.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>─────────────────

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Who I am</strong>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>
</div>
<div><span>I'm an artist, DJ, and curator based in Berlin. I came to Germany in 2015 as a refugee fleeing the war in Syria, and I still hold refugee status today.</span><br />
</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Since arriving, I've done everything on my own terms. I learned German and reached C1 level. I worked every kind of job to survive. I navigated a system not built for someone like me to start my HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy), finance over two years of laser sessions, and build a music career I'm proud of. I've been attacked and harassed - in the streets, in workplaces, and in spaces that were supposed to be safe. And I kept going.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>But I've reached a point where I need your help.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>─────────────────

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Why now</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I turned 30 this Month. When I started HRT at 27, I made myself a promise: that by the time I turned 30, I would be the woman I always knew I was meant to be. In August I will mark three years on HRT. These two surgeries are the last thing standing between me and my promise.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The surgeon I always wanted for my nose finally has a slot for me after a very long wait. My surgery is confirmed for the end of May. And the FFS clinic I always trusted has a potential date for end of August. I can't let either of these windows pass. This is real and it is now.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>─────────────────

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>What I need</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The first surgery combines rhinoplasty with correction of a deviated septum, sinus polyps, and nasal polyps. My nose was broken when I was around two years old. I have struggled to breathe my whole life - restless nights, disrupted sleep, symptoms that worsen every season change. The medical part of this procedure may be partially covered by insurance. The rest is not. Beyond the physical need, my nose is also the last thing connecting me to a version of myself I've made peace with but am ready to fully leave behind.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The second is FFS (Face Feminization Surgery) at a clinic in Belgium; I live with gender dysphoria every day. These are the last pieces of becoming fully myself. This is about self-love, yes - but it is also about safety. Passing is not vanity. It is protection. Walking through the world being seen as who I am is something I have fought for my entire life, and I am almost there.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>─────────────────

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>The numbers</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Rhinoplasty, deviated septum and nasal/sinus polyp correction: €4,000

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>FFS surgery, flights and accommodation in Belgium: €12,000

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Recovery, lost income, and rent for 6-8 weeks in total: €3,000

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Total goal: <strong>€19,000</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>─────────────────

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Why I'm asking</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>For years I believed I could carry everything alone. That belief kept me alive. But I've learned that strength is not only about what you can do by yourself - it's also about knowing when to reach out to the people who believe in you.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I believe in the power of community. I've seen what people can do for each other when they show up. Today I'm asking my community to show up for me - not because I've given up on myself, but because I'm closer than I've ever been.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Every contribution, no matter the size, brings me closer to the life I've been building toward for ten years. And if you can't give, sharing this means just as much.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for being here. Thank you for seeing me.

</div>

Help Trans Refugee get Gender-Affirming Surgery

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Kurzbeschreibung</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div>________________________________________
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Unsere Vision</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Lesbische* Sichtbarkeit braucht Räume. Und Orte, die bleiben.
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div>Niemand ist allein. Niemand muss sich verstecken.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div>Um Gemeinschaft statt Einsamkeit.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Im öffentlich zugänglichen Kiez-Café kommen Hausbewohner:innen, Nachbar:innen und Besucher:innen zusammen.
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Die angrenzenden Veranstaltungsräume werden lebendig durch:
</div>
<div>•	Lesungen, Filmabende und kleine Konzerte
</div>
</div>
<div>•	Gesprächsabende und Austauschräume
</div>
<div>•	Feste, die Gemeinschaft sichtbar machen
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Wofür wir 50.000 € brauchen</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>1. Ausstattung der lesbischen Pflege-WG</em></strong>
</div>
<div>Ein Zuhause statt einer Institution:
</div>
<div>•	Küchenzeile
</div>
<div>•	vollständige Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Töpfe, Servierwagen etc.)
</div>
<div>•	großer, rollstuhlgerechter Gemeinschaftstisch (ca. 10 Personen)
</div>
<div>•	ergonomische Stühle
</div>
<div>•	wohnliche Beleuchtung und Dekoration
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>2. Mietfinanzierung für Kiezcafé und Veranstaltungsräume</em></strong>
</div>
</div>
<div>•	Mietzahlungen für Café und Veranstaltungsflächen
</div>
</div>
<div>•	Raum für Kultur, Nachbarschaft, Beratung und Begegnung
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>3. Infrastruktur &amp; laufender Betrieb des Zentrums</em></strong>
</div>
<div>Damit der Alltag nachhaltig funktioniert:
</div>
<div>•	Reinigung &amp; Reinigungsequipment
</div>
<div>•	Verbrauchs- und Hygienematerialien
</div>
<div>•	Grundabsicherung der Infrastruktur in der Startphase
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Gesamtziel: 50.000 €</strong>
</div>
<div>________________________________________
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div>Weil Pflegebedürftigkeit nicht Isolation bedeuten muss.
</div>
<div>Weil Gemeinschaft schützt, stärkt und verbindet.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div>Dieses Haus zeigt:
</div>
<div>Ein Zuhause ist ein soziales Netz.
</div>
<div>Ein Kiez braucht offene Orte.
</div>
<div>Solidarisches Wohnen ist gelebte Zukunft.

<div>Hi my name is Lau
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Im a Trans Migrant Multidisciplinary artist, I work mainly as a Hairdresser, Makeup Artist, SWer and Cleaner.
</div>
<div>On Thursday, April 9th, after finishing a cleaning job and pushing through a long and exhausting day, I had an accident that left me with a fractured foot while leaving the house of my client. Sadly I cant report this as a work accident. Since then, I haven’t been able to walk or put any weight on my left foot and I need surgery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For the past month, I’ve been unable to walk or move around independently. I’m still waiting for a surgery appointment, and even once it happens, I won’t be able to walk for at least six more weeks. Realistically, I’m facing a minimum of three months without being able to move normally or return to work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Simple daily activities like showering or cooking have become extremely difficult, and I’m currently unable to work at all.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I recently moved into a new apartment to finally live on my own after years in a very challenging and unstable housing situation. As a freelancer, I still have to cover my basic expenses: rent, mandatory health insurance, and food, which add up to around €1,200 per month. On top of that, I now have additional medical and transportation costs related to my injury and recovery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m also in the process of medical evaluations for hypermobility, possibly Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which makes it even more important that my recovery and physiotherapy are handled carefully and thoroughly.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Because I don’t speak German and due to visa limitations, I don’t have access to public financial support systems here. At this moment, I can only rely on community support to get through this period.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Even when I’m able to walk again, I won’t be able to return to work immediately. My job is physically demanding and requires long hours on my feet, so full recovery will take time, along with ongoing physiotherapy to rebuild strength and stability.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m asking for support to help cover my basic living and recovery expenses over the next two months while I heal. Any contribution, no matter how small, would make a meaningful difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’re not in a position to donate, sharing this message would also help me deeply.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for any support, care, or connection you can offer during this moment. And to my friends who have been visiting and supporting me I’m truly grateful.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude,
</div>

Support a Trans Migrant Artist Through Injury & Recovery

<div>Dear friends, fans and lovers of MD*,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are writing to you to call for community help as we are in a bit of a dire situation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For those of you who aren’t aware, MD* is taking quite the extended break from creating our usual parties. This is mainly because Daddy, one of our co-founders, was diagnosed with a chronic illness and needs the time off to focus on his health and rehabilitation in order to be able to participate in MD* or dance again. Without his presence, our very small team is not able to produce our usual events.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite trying to take much-needed rest to come back stronger, we have some past problems coming back to bite us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It may come as a surprise that we started MD* with very little experience in event organisation and grew so quickly to fill absolutely huge venues with no idea how to negotiate or spot a bad contract. We, unfortunately, signed one of those contracts back in 2023. After the event, we ended up not only disappointed by the venue’s severe lack of cooperation and breaking of agreements, but also we were footed with an extra bill of 13.437,71€ on top of the original amount we had budgeted to pay them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Of all the venues we have partnered with over the last two and a half years, this was the last place we expected to burn us so badly, particularly in their attempts to take advantage of us and our team. We hope this venue changes their practices for the future, to not put queer community spaces and organisations like ours at risk of collapse. This is a continued pattern, where sapphic, lesbian and trans events and spaces in Berlin with great ideas and amazing safe spaces keep popping up and then dying because of disproportionate funds and exploitation from institutions that cater to white cis endo men, no matter their sexual orientation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For transparency, we are not a booming business making any profit. We, Daddy and Ryder, are not paid for the majority of the work we do on this project and oftentimes we are not paid at all. One day, we dream of being a sustainable business, but we are nowhere near that reality yet. We do MD* for the love of it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This debt has been a source of immense stress in 2024. There are A LOT of causes locally and globally that are in desperate need of your financial support, particularly over the last year, which is why we have put off taking this step. Unfortunately, we are at our breaking point and have no other options. We have tried to take on the debt and pay as much of it as we can with our personal money. We have tried to negotiate and hustle harder, but we are out of funds. We cannot do it alone any more. With your help, we can avoid penalty fees and possible legal action taken against us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are asking you, our gorgeous community that has loved us into being, to help us get through this so that we don’t have to give up MD* entirely. We appreciate absolutely anything you can offer! It sounds cliché, but, truly, every little bit counts. If every single Instagram follower we have were to donate 1€, this debt would be gone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>-----
</div>
<div>We are offering <strong>treats</strong> to those who donate higher amounts* as an incentive ;D - all of these offers make for great gifts to yourself and to loved ones!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>50€ or more:</strong> an online masculine l@p dance group workshop
</div>
<div><strong>150€ or more:</strong> a one-on-one private masculine l@p dance lesson
</div>
<div><strong>300€ or more:</strong> an in-person private show with a shmexy masc MD* dancer to give you the dance of your dreams
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* One donation = one gift. For example, if you pay 300€ you choose only one of the above options - you can’t get all three you cheeky beans ;) - unless of course we get one 300€ donation + one 150€ donation + one 50€ donation… you may become our favourite person ;p
</div>
<div>-----
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you in advance to everyone who donates. Sharing this fundraiser is also super helpful and deeply appreciated. Let a Butch know (; ! You are ensuring that we keep going.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Even though MD* is not organizing our own events right now, booking us for your events is still possible and another way you can show your support. If you have any other ideas of how to help during this time, we would love to hear from you! Please email us magicdykeberlin(@)gmail(.)com
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We will also be announcing collaborative fundraising events soon, where you can attend and support us - we are excited to see all you beauties again soon ♥️
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Love you all so so much,
</div>
<div><br />

<p>Hi, we are a group of community organisers and health practitioners, starting Casa Kuà, a trans* inter* queer community &amp; health centre in Kreuzberg, Berlin. This space is organised by trans* and non binary BIPoCs to make health more accessible to other trans*, inter*, non binary and queer people, and especially for those affected by racism.   <br /><br />WHY WE DECIDED TO CREATE CASA KUÀ<br /><br />The health care system in Germany is designed according to white and cis-male norms, and this goes hand in hand with sexist, racist, ableist and classist discrimination. For this reason many, inter*-, abinary, trans* people and women fall out of the regular health system and suffer from health-impairing conditions, or have to resign themselves to poor quality health care. <br /><br />That's why we are creating a space where health is seen as holistic and not only as the treatment of symptoms. Ill health can be caused by social conditions, intersectional discrimination, and also loneliness and isolation. For this reason we want to build alternative health structures and a community centre. <br /><br />The places that are supposed to offer support and treatment are often so stressful and treat non normative bodies with such disrespect, that they leave many of us feeling worse rather than better.<br /><br />We cannot wait for others to take care of us. We need to take care of each other and heal ourselves by building and strengthening our communities. We need to create spaces that are based in solidarity and empowerment. This is why we are asking for your help!<br /><br />CASA KUÀ WILL OFFER:<br /><br />Casa Kuà will offer affordable treatments for mental &amp; physical health, including:<br />- Chinese Medicine<br />- Phytotherapy<br />- Massage (various types)<br />- Midwife services<br />- Psycho-social therapies (One-to-one counselling, family constellations, systemic therapy, etc)<br />- Osteopathy<br />- Reiki<br /><br />But more than just a space for health treatments, Casa Kuà also offers: <br />- A meeting space for BIPoCs, trans*, inter* and queer* people <br />- A place where personal experience is recognised as expertise<br />- A small queer feminist library with mostly BIPOC authors <br />to bring our knowledge together, share our knowledge and support each other <br />- A place for peer to peer support<br />- Legal advice for  transitioning, reproductive justice and other issues <br />- A place where people can organise themselves according to their needs <br />- A place for workshops, classes, talks, meetings and exhibitions<br /> <br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/51365884_1600688722983162_r.jpeg" alt="51365884_1600688722983162_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" /><br />WHY WE NEED YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT<br /><br />At the moment, during the COVID 19 pandemic, a lot of foundations are closed and it is more difficult to get funding. <br /><br />We need your financial support:<br />- To pay our loans for entering the space and the deposit<br />- To pay the first month’s rent<br />- To paint, furnish and arrange the space<br />- To buy equipment (massage tables, furniture, lighting, kitchenware, fire extinguisher, disinfection materials and hygiene equipment etc)<br />- and especially to make the space and treatments as accessible as possible, both economically accessible (affordable sliding-scale prices for people on a low income)  and as barrier-free as possible (we are setting up an association and will collaborate with other organizations to, for example: make the space wheelchair accessible, to offer translators, and  improve the accessibility for people with different hearing abilities, etc)<br /><br />We have started this project using private loans, but it was not enough to cover everything the project needs. With your support we will be able to get Casa Kuà running, and offer the services our community needs.<br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/51365884_1600688837863160_r.jpeg" alt="51365884_1600688837863160_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" /><br />WHY CASA KUÀ IS IMPORTANT<br /><br />Casa Kuà is the only space in Germany self-organized by and focused on specifically trans* inter* queer, Black, Indigenous and People of Colour. <p><br />Hi.

<strong>Hello everyone!</strong> My name is <strong>Marie</strong> and I'm a 25 y/o artist who lives in Los Angeles. Thanks for coming to my page.<br /><br /><strong>My story</strong> is long but I'll keep it as short as I can. As far back as I can remember, I've someone who has struggled with every day life. I've gone through stage 4 endometriosis, chronic sensitive sensitization, intermittent xiphoiditis, a weakened immune system, interstitial cystitis, a bad sports injury that has cut my walking abilities to 15% they used to be, and more. <br /><br /><strong>Additionally</strong>, I grew up navigating my way through bipolar 1 depression, anxiety, and general mental health alone. All I remember from my childhood were days at home, at the doctors, or in the hospital for so many different things at once. <br /><br /><strong>It's been rough</strong>, but I'm finding my peace with everything, and I'm working hard towards becoming the best person I can be regardless of what I go through!<br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/54767916_1613782020627313_r.jpeg" alt="54767916_1613782020627313_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" /><strong><br />Here is a photo of me doing something I really love: hiking and exploring. Despite my physical weaknesses and other things, I still do my best to stay strong and do what I love!</strong><br /><br /><strong>While I persevere through these challenges</strong>, there is still many risks of me being on my own. I faint suddenly and easily, a lot of times in public while I am alone. I am always at risk of falling due to my legs giving out underneath me suddenly. I have bipolar 1 which includes episodes of mania and psychosis- I will wander off with a blank mind, putting myself in danger. These are only a few things that I have to be cautious about, and it's frustrating as someone who wants to be as independent as I can.<br /><br /><strong>This is why</strong>, after a long discussion with my therapist, psychiatrist, and a couple other close friends, I have decided to get a service dog.<br /><br /><strong>The responsibilities </strong>of a multi-service dog will be both psychiatric and mobility aid. The dog will be trained for:<br /><br />- anxiety attack/dissociation/manic episode intervention<br />- mobility aid when I am in my wheelchair and need help<br />- fetching help in emergency situations<br />- and so much more than can be listed<br /><br /><strong>The cost of these dogs is very high</strong>, and maintenance of having a dog with a job is even higher. I have done so much research into this endeavor, and truly believe that this is the best route for me. Not only will I be able to be more independent, safe, and confident, I will be able to give back to a wonderful dog and give the dog so much love and care.<br /><br /><strong>Your donation</strong> will help provide funds for the initial adoption fee for the dog, the specialized puppy training, service dog training, and doggie things such as a leash, good quality foods and vitamins, vet and groomer visits, and so much more!<br /><br />If you got through all that, I sincerely thank you. Thank you so much for reading and taking the time to hear out my story!<br /><br /><strong>Blessings,</strong><br /><strong>Marie Lum<br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/54767916_1613782998174399_r.jpeg" alt="54767916_1613782998174399_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" />Picture of me :)</strong>

<div>The Dolls was born in 2022 as a meeting of various transfem* initiatives to form a <strong>mutual support network</strong> to help fight isolation, perform community care, and support our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With the support of Casa Kua, "The Dolls" established itself through tireless and constant self-organized weekly gatherings, creating <strong>an open and participative space</strong> for anyone identifying within the transfem* spectrum: transsexuals, trans women, travestis, Two-Spirits, hormonal faggots, trannies, gender non-conforming femmes, and many more. Part of our slogan reads:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"Dolls come in multiple shades, shapes, and forms. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here."
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Dolls became a regular social meetup, welcoming between 20 and 40 people every Sunday since 3 years, and provides a safer space for diverse transfem communities in Berlin.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our space offers a hang-out space to meet others with similar experiences in the city, and to discuss and drink a warm cup of tea over light gossip; but also <strong>a direct system of collective care</strong>. As a collective, we are committed to make the space welcoming for everyone, especially for the most precariously situated members of our community, challenging the internal power dynamics between us such as racism or gender normativity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Basing itself on peer-to-peer knowledge, skill, and material resource sharing</strong>, The Dolls has become a facilitating space for us to learn and unlearn from each other, creating bonds and <strong>standing together with each other in solidarity. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Currently with a team of 7 people and 20 volunteers, <strong>"The Dolls" has facilitated more than 60 peer-to-peer workshops for at least 3000 participants</strong>, while simultaneously hosting spaces for discussions and direct solidarity practice as well as making available <strong>weekly food, a clothing swap, and a communal IPL machine. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Being <strong>a self-organized DIY space</strong>, we have relied for 3 years on the community support and donations from participants, as well as public funds from Berlin's anti-discrimination budget. Sadly, due to the new austerity measures, these funds will be reduced across the city, disproportionately impacting several of Berlin's most vulnerable communities, abolishing inclusion and diversity programmes in culture.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Preparing for the worst, we need <strong>to ensure that the space stays available and providing for those who need it most</strong>. As such, we have created this fundraiser with the goal of raising the yearly cost of running the space, so that we can continue broaden the reach of our group and recieving and providing support. This way, independent from the broader economic situation, "The Dolls" can remain open for us to keep supporting each other in these challenging times.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This year, we would also like to add budget for weekly dinners to help feed those who struggle to provide for themselves, as well as an emergency fund for dolls in precarious situations - something that we have already been doing but which calls for larger support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"The Dolls" is not open for cops or military, it is anti-borders, anti-racist, and anti-capitalist.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hosted by <a href="https://casa-kua.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Casa Kuà</a> every Sunday from 16:00 to 20:00.
</div>
<div>The first Sunday is for BIPoC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) dolls only.
