We have set up this GoFundMe for a loved one, a Trans BIPoC person who lives in Berlin and is currently in the process of trying to stay.

Through their time in Berlin, their connections to the QTBIPoC community has been life changing and has affected their mental health immensely. Having to leave the life they began would impact them quite negatively. We are asking for help as a community as looking at financial costs for the marriage visa is around 2500 euros.

Unfortunately, our friend has been going through financial difficulties and instabilities, finding housing, supporting loved ones financially and paying off debt they had to borrow to live etc. Trying to survive in this crashing economy.

We and they would appreciate if you could consider donating and/or sharing around.

The costs would go towards: transport, documentation, applications, agencies etc. Every donation would help!

Our goal is 2500 euros, their visa ends in January and would love to raise this before application, in December at the latest!
