<div>My name is Amanda Yeo and I am a fellow REALTOR®. I am organizing this campaign because I have had the privilege of working alongside Kelli Toomey many times throughout my career, and I can tell you firsthand that she is one of the most admirable people in this industry. Her professionalism, her warmth, and her genuine dedication to doing right by everyone around her are qualities I have witnessed up close, and they are qualities that make what happened to her all the more heartbreaking.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Many of you know Kelli. She has been a cornerstone of our real estate community for years, the kind of agent who shows up with integrity, pours her heart into every client, and has quietly helped shape the culture of professionalism we all take pride in. She is not just a colleague. She is someone who has made this community better simply by being a part of it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Last week, Kelli and her family, her husband and their three children, had their entire life savings stolen in an instant.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kelli was purchasing a home. She received what appeared to be official wiring instructions from escrow: the right account, the right numbers, the right format. Everything looked exactly as it should. She followed the process as she always has, as any of us would have. She wired her 20% down payment, the money the Toomey family had worked so hard to save.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When she reached out to escrow the next day to confirm receipt, her world collapsed. The email had been a sophisticated fraud. The wire was gone. Their entire life savings, gone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Kelli did everything right. She immediately contacted the FBI, attempted to recall the wire, and has been working with attorneys to explore every possible avenue. This was not carelessness. This was a highly sophisticated scam designed to fool even the most experienced professionals. Wire fraud is targeting our industry at alarming rates, and it happened to one of the best among us.
</div>
<div>This is not just Kelli's loss. This is the Toomey family's loss. A husband and wife and three kids who did everything right, worked hard, saved diligently, and had their foundation pulled out from under them through no fault of their own. Behind every transaction Kelli has ever closed, there was a family she was fighting for. Today, that family is hers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our real estate community is built on trust, relationships, and showing up for each other. This is one of those moments. Kelli has shown up for her clients time and time again, guiding families through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Now it's our turn to show up for her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every dollar contributed, no matter how small, is a message that the Toomey family is not alone. That we see them. That we've got them. That this community takes care of its own.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please give what you can, and please share this with every agent, broker, lender, title rep, and inspector in your network. Let's rally around Kelli and help the Toomey family get back on their feet.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With so much love and solidarity, Amanda Yeo, REALTOR® and someone who is truly honored to call Kelli a colleague and a friend.
</div>

Support the Toomey Family After Devastating Scam

<div>On July 5th, our friend Brandon boarded a flight to Saudi Arabia for a two-month photography job covering the Esports World Cup—one of the few high-paying gigs he’s landed in the second slow year in a row for many of us in the production world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While he was asleep, mid-flight, someone stole his camera and two lenses from the overhead compartment. Gone. No help from the airline. No luck with the local police. And now he’s halfway across the world, trying to do his job with half of the gear he needs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Brandon would never ask for help, so we’re doing it for him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you know Brandon, you know he’s the guy who actually helps you move, drives you to the airport, volunteers at church, shows up at your art show, or lends you gear without asking for anything back. He’s supported so many of us. Now it’s our turn to show up for him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re raising funds to replace what was stolen—or at least get him a working setup to finish this job. Whether you can give $10 or $200, it will go directly toward getting Brandon back on his feet.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let’s rally for a guy who always shows up.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude,
</div>

Help Brandon Replace Stolen Photography Gear

<p>Meet the Baker family and their incredible touching story! When you take a look at the video you will immediately notice Albert lifting his son who has muscular dystrophy out of the vehicle. As you can imagine this can be very taxing on the one who is doing the heavy lifting everyday. What better time during the season of giving to bless this family with a Wheelchair Van.
</p>

<p>Please join in and let’s help this beautiful family reach their goal. God bless and Happy Holidays to you and your family!<br /><br /><iframe media_type="0" media_id="zif3SgROcGE" class="youtube-replace" title="YouTube video player" style="margin-bottom:20px;width:560px;height:315px;" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/zif3SgROcGE/?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="1"></iframe>
