- Our Germantown neighbor David Lee lives on Reutlinger Avenue in a modest house that belonged to his grandmother. David is on disability and with his limited income is struggling to maintain the house. After he recently posted on Facebook that he needed space heaters to stay warm, I learned that the house does not have a working furnace, hot water heater, or sump pump. With the help of local business owner Tom Ruxer, we have assembled a small team willing and able to make the needed repairs. What we need now is the money to purchase the equipment and pay fees for the installation. Our goal is $5,000. Any help at any level will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.
