I am organizing this fundraiser for a new client who is a devoted parent to a small child. They have recently made the brave decision to leave an abusive relationship, and now face the daunting challenge of starting over with very limited resources. As their advocate, I want to ensure they have the support they need to create a safe and stable environment for themselves and their child. The immediate need for funds is critical. Legal fees are mounting as they seek protection and custody arrangements, and they urgently need a safe place to stay. Every dollar raised will go directly toward securing legal representation, covering housing costs, and helping them rebuild their lives free from fear. Your support will not only provide practical help, but also hope and encouragement during an incredibly difficult time. We are still gathering more details about their situation, but I can assure you that any contribution—big or small—will make a meaningful impact. Please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser to help this family find safety, stability, and a fresh start. Thank you for standing with survivors and showing that no one has to face these challenges alone.
Dear Friends and Community, Today, I am reaching out to ask for your support for Pauline Binam. At International Safe Haven Network Inc. (ISHNET), our mission is to support individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. Pauline Nadege Binam has lived in the United States for over 30 years. She is a certified medical technician and the mother of a 17-year-old U.S. citizen daughter who is now facing life without her primary support. Pauline was recently arrested while riding as a passenger in a car that was pulled over in South Carolina. Although she was not driving and maintains that the substance found in the vehicle was not hers, everyone in the car was taken into custody and later released. Pauline, however, remains in detention. After being released from her first ICE detention, Pauline worked hard to rebuild her life. She returned to school and became a medical assistant, dedicating herself to helping others—especially women—while working to overcome the trauma she experienced. During her previous detention, Pauline endured a surgical procedure that permanently took away her ability to have more children. Pauline also suffers from PTSD related to that experience and requires daily medication. Being back in custody has taken a serious toll on her health and her ability to support her daughter. We are raising funds for: • **Legal representation:** $7,500 & up • **Basic commissary needs in detention:** $1,500 • **Support for her daughter while Pauline is away:** $4,500 Every donation helps Pauline fight for her freedom and reunite with her child. Please donate, share, and stand with Pauline.

ISHNET is a nonprofit to help people in crisis situations. Here at ISHNET. ORG, I am looking to create a GoFundMe for a young lady who was arrested for having a headlight out on her car after leaving work late Friday night, January 16, 2026. While being detained at the ACDC, ICE placed a hold on her, and then picked her up after she was set to be released. Her parents filed back in 2017 to get her citizenship, but it hasn't come through for her yet. We need help raising attorney fees to $25,000. Help me put together a fundraiser on her behalf. Her story: Support Tracy Tracy Ateh is a 27-year-old woman whose life story is one of resilience, determination, and hope. Although she was born in Cameroon, Tracy was brought to the United States when she was just two years old. The United States is the only home she has ever truly known. She was raised in Baltimore, Maryland, where she grew up, attended school, and formed her sense of identity, belonging, and community. Tracy and her parents currently hold work authorization with withholding of removal, a form of protection that allows them to live and work lawfully in the United States while preventing deportation to their country of origin. Throughout her life, Tracy has followed the legal processes available to her, including maintaining valid work authorization through the asylum process and pursuing long-standing immigration filings that began in childhood. At the age of 18, Tracy found herself largely on her own. Without consistent family support, she moved to Florida and learned to navigate adulthood independently at a very young age. Like many young people forced into early independence, Tracy lived in survival mode. She worked hard, made difficult choices, and did her best to stay afloat while building a life without a safety net. In late 2024, Tracy relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, with a renewed sense of purpose. She began taking meaningful steps toward stability, consistency, and personal growth. She has continued to work legally and build a steady, lawful life for herself in the only country she has ever called home. Despite these efforts, Tracy is now being detained by ICE due to a complex immigration history that traces back to decisions and filings made when she was a child. She is currently being held at the Stewart Detention Center in Georgia. At this time, Tracy has not been assigned a case manager and has not been given a court date, leaving her in prolonged detention with limited access to information about her case or next steps. Tracy’s situation does not define who she is. She is not a danger to the community, nor is she someone seeking to avoid responsibility. She is a young woman who has spent her life contributing, surviving, and striving within the framework of the law. She is asking for fairness, due process, and the opportunity to continue building a stable future in the only home she has ever known. This fundraiser is being organized in partnership with ISHNET, the nonprofit supporting Tracy during this critical moment. Donations will be used to help cover legal defense costs, immigration filings, and related expenses necessary to pursue release, protect her rights, and ensure her case is resolved lawfully and transparently. We are sharing Tracy’s story to raise awareness and support during this critical time. Your support helps ensure that her case is seen not just through paperwork, but through the lens of humanity, fairness, and dignity. How Funds Will Be Used This fundraiser is organized in partnership with ISHNET, a nonprofit assisting Tracy and her family during this critical time. Funds raised will help cover: • Immigration attorney representation • Legal filings and case preparation • Court-related costs • Other necessary legal expenses Our goal is $25,000, representing the estimated cost of proper legal defense so Tracy can pursue a fair and lawful resolution. ⸻ Why Your Support Matters Tracy is not defined by this moment. She is a hardworking young woman who has spent her life striving to build stability, independence, and a positive future. Her family is standing with her every step of the way and continues to do all they can. Community support simply helps ease the extraordinary financial burden that legal defense requires. Every contribution, every share, and every message of encouragement helps remind Tracy that she is not alone. ⸻ If you are able, please consider donating or sharing this page. Your support brings hope, strength, and the possibility of a brighter outcome. Thank you for standing with Tracy. If you are family and would like to add funds to her facility account directly email us for more info ([email redacted]). Every voice, every share, and every act of support matters.
