<div>Yasmine &amp; Yehia Mohammed were married in July 2023, three months before Israel began it's ceaseless bombardment of Gaza. Yasmine and Yehia have since been displaced countless times due to bombings, low access to food, disease, and harsh weather conditions. Yasmine is an aspiring mother and was recently forced to abort a pregnancy due to malnutrition. Throughout this time, Yasmine and Yehia have survived on one time donations collected by reaching out to people individually on Instagram and relying on community members to fundraise for them. This process is exhausting and unreliable, as Yasmine and Yehia often have no idea how much money they will have for food and other survival needs on a specific day or week. It also requires them to constantly manage online relationships with people if they want to receive care. This is inhumane and unsustainable. To remedy this, we are looking to create a network of monthly donors, so that Yasmine and Yehia are able to focus on surviving and rebuilding their lives, rather than being forced to maintain online relationships during a genocide. He is 52 years old and is deaf and cannot work to support us. Mother Alamya needs hospitalization as for a longer period of time she did not receive medications. Both parents have Diabetes and high blood pressure and heart problems.

<div>The family is extremely helpless and desperate because they are watching their parents suffering with tied hands and without any means to fix the situation.

<div>Despite his sickness during this war he is doing a great job and despite the lack of treatment and medication he is helping injured people, even under bombardment and bullets. He risks his own life to provide others with food, drinking water, and the basic necessities of life.

<div>The war is an injustice and aggression against us the innocent people. Already in the last war on Gaza in 2014 their house was demolished, and they were not able to rebuild it until 2017. They rebuilt it to a very beautiful and warm house that was visited by strangers and relatives. All their good memories are connected with it.

<div>The younger sister Shahad 14 years old is always scared of this war and of all atrocities that she witnesses. She lives in a continuous fear.

<div>Sister`s Wardah 23 daughter was born with a bone defect and need continuous treatment.

<div>Witnessing this their hearts were broken of losing everything what they've worked for so hard. they lost in an instant their home, their livelihood and their peace. Sister Shahad suffers from hepatitis due to the polluted environment and the difficult living conditions that are not suitable for humans to live, as there is a lot of waste, rubble, and the bodies of citzens under the rubble. Pathological mosquitoes and mice are present everywhere.

They had to grab what little they could and had to literally run for their lives. They had to leave behind their tent, mattresses, and anything they could not carry. They are now sleeping on the streets. The cost for a cheap tent is $400-$500. The cost for a quality tent is $900-$1000. This comes after the <strong> </strong>July 13th displacement and July 1st displacement. My elderly grandmother and father with a head injury are extremely vulnerable.<strong> <em>Please help.</em></strong>

My husband is sick and suffers from pain, problems and a herniated disc in his back and cannot work.

<div>Since the morning of October 7, our lives have been turned upside down and changed for the worse because of this devastating war on our country. The situation began to gradually become more difficult. On May 6, 2024, the greatest disaster for my family and all the residents of Rafah Governorate occurred when the unjust military operation began on our city and occupied it. We were all forced to be displaced and evacuated to the center of the Gaza Strip in areas that they classify as safe, as the enemy claims. I left my home and my workplace and my family and I were displaced to these areas. Unfortunately, my home and my family were completely destroyed. Also, the hospital in which I worked, the only one in our city, was destroyed. Our city has now become unfit for living. It was completely destroyed.

<div> Now we live in a tent.  My family does not protect us from the summer heat or the winter cold in a camp housing the displaced in Khan Younis, and our life has become very difficult. We sleep on the ground, and we eat whatever we can find—often, there is nothing to eat. Prices have skyrocketed, and famine is chasing us. Even basic cleaning supplies have become a dream, and diseases are spreading among us. My little brother is sick, and we can’t afford the necessary treatment.

<div>The war has returned with full force after a brief ceasefire, bringing back bombing, hunger, and death. My father is trapped on the other side of Gaza, unable to return to us, and he has no job. We have no choice left but to search for a chance to leave Gaza as soon as the crossings reopen, to find a safe place where I can continue my dream, my sisters can return to school, and my father can find a new job to support us.
