Steven is on his last step of localized testing! As soon The Mcpherson's complete this step, they will fly to San Francisco for final testing to confirm who will be the right person for the Kidney Donation. From there, The McPhersons will go back to ATL as Mike's Dr and Insurance complete their process.

Please Support Shoragim’s Cancer Recovery

<div>I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my best friend Katelyn (Rollins) Hall. Her husband, Brandyn Hall, was recently in a horrific car accident on the way to the grocery store. Brandyn was found unresponsive at the accident, and has been in the ICU in Boston since. He has not regained consciousness. Brandyn suffered multiple brain bleeds, a frontal lobe traumatic brain injury, 4 broken ribs, and a temporal bone fracture.  He was intubated for 3 days after the accident and has now developed pneumonia. At this point, the Dr’s don’t have a solid answer on what his brain function will be in the future, or what is permanent deficits will be from the traumatic brain injury. They do believe he will need to relearn to walk and help with his speech and cognitive function.

</div><br />Katelyn will be the only source of income for the foreseeable future and will now be solely responsible for caring for her twin children, Brent and Thea. <div>Jarred Shaw is a 35-year-old professional basketball player from Dallas, TX who is currently facing the <strong>death penalty or life imprisonment</strong> for cannabis medicine.

<div>While playing for the Tangerang Hawks in the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL), Jarred was arrested May 7, 2025 and has been held for over 5 months with no trial or date set.

<div>He ordered 132 cannabis gummies (worth $400) to treat his Crohn’s disease, an extremely painful digestive disorder with no cure – a disease that cannabis has promising potential to treat.

<div>On March 31st, my pops, Frank Castillo, aka my favorite person in the world, passed away. Three weeks prior, I got a call that my pops was sick, and I dropped everything to be next to him. He was diagnosed with late-stage pancreatic cancer that had spread to his liver, which was starting to fail. While the doctor gave us the bad news, all I could think about was how much I was going to miss making him laugh. I promised my dad that I would always take care of my little sister, Melyna, and that I'd stay through until the end, and I did. Love is watching someone die, and I loved my father with every single fiber of my being. He was truly my best friend. I'd call him every day to talk about everything. He was there for all my victories and would pick me up when I'd lose or fail. He was the only one who told me to move to LA and chase a dream. My dad loved the comedy world, and the comedy world loved him. I'd get messages regularly saying he was a regular at open mics in the Bay Area. He is missed so much.

<div>In the early morning hours of April 18th our mother, Karen Feit suffered a stroke. I’m guessing this news is taking most of you by surprise. Karen is a very proud and strong woman and in return we followed suit. She spent Mothers Day and her Birthday in rehab recovering and working hard on relearning to walk and trying to find the pleasures in life she once knew. She’s been home now for a few weeks and things are not going well. She’s been hospitalized and will be again for another procedure soon. Parts of her house have already been renovated to make her more comfortable but, things are becoming more obvious that she will require more help, more physical and occupational therapy, and more assistance.

Appendix cancer is rare, affecting approximately 1500 people a year with no guaranteed curable treatment.<br /><br />

<div>Mustafa is a young, passionate, hard-working 35 year old who has always led a healthy and active lifestyle. He is kind, giving, and sweet. Mustafa loves spending time with his family and friends and is always the life of the party. This life-threatening diagnosis has been difficult and confusing to him and his family, but he remains positive through it all.<br /><br />

<div>His disease is not responding to the chemotherapy treatments. He's running out of time and options. The only route left is for him to undergo a very risky Cytoreductive with Hipec surgery, all the way in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an extensive (and expensive!) 12-15 hour surgery. During the surgery they will remove several organs that have tumors on them and then wash his belly with heated chemo. This will require a long healing period. Mustafa faces many expenses, including the out-of-network cost of working with the specialty surgical oncologist, as well as all of the related travel/lodging costs.<br /><br />
</div>

<div>Once he returns home, he will have extensive aftercare expenses. He will need to continue chemotherapy, physical therapy, fertility therapy, and naturopathic care, including dietary counseling, as he must follow a strict diet. And just as importantly, he will have to get alert service training for his beloved puppy, Eshgh.<br /><br />
</div>

<div>Mustafa will also need mental and emotional support services to help him process this chapter of his life journey.<br /><br />
