Operation Olive Branch

Sponsor a Child’s Education for $13 a month! Olive Land School is about to start their 2nd year at double capacity restoring the right of education to 1,200 scholars from 21 displacement camps. We are measuring their sustainability based on monthly donors, so please consider a sustainable monthly commitment instead of a larger one time donation. The school needs a dedicated solar system for which they’ve been quoted 20K and needs to hire 5 additional staff members to complete this years team. Because crowdfunding has been so difficult for everyone, difficult decisions are being made. 1. The school is not able to renew their daily biscuit contract which will impact students capacity as many walk for miles to attend on an empty stomach - they will need to secure an additional 3K monthly to renew that contract 2. The teacher stipend of $300/mo is below the local average of $500/mo. Olive Land School is the only free public school in the area whereas the comparable locations utilize student fees to pay the teachers. In order to raise their stipends, we will need to secure a total of 10K monthly towards stipends Please consider becoming a monthly donor to be part of the school sustainability and expansion and invite your community to join you.
