Help Neveen's Family Survive in Gaza
73% complete- Hello, my name is Esther Gayoba from California, USA, and I am organizing this fundraiser for my friend Mohammed Alshafie (everyone calls him Ajjour) Ajjour lives in Gaza. All money donated to this campaign will be sent directly from my bank in the US to his bank in Gaza via bank wire. Funds raised for this campaign will be used for food, clean water, personal hygiene products, and other miscellaneous items such as phone charging. Ajjour and his family need your help. They are a family of three: Mohammed, his mother, and his father living in Gaza. Before the war, Ajjour worked at a restaurant to support his family. When the war began, he lost his job after the restaurant he used to work in was bombed. Ajjour and his parents are going through a difficult time due to the war, lack of work, famine, and constant displacement. Because of the ongoing genocide, there is scarce clean water, food, medical care, or adequate educational facilities. The monthly costs for basic survival are high and fluctuate based on the amount of aid being let into Gaza. Though aid is meant to be given to people for free, it is often resold at very high prices. Without donations, Ajjour has no means of earning the money needed to feed himself and his parents. Despite the difficult circumstances, Ajjour gives back to his community through a breakdancing program called Breaking 48 that he co-runs with a close friend. The program trains young breakdancers and supports a group of kids in Gaza who have a passion to express themselves through dance. Ajjour and his family need your help. Thank you
