<div>Hello Friends. As most of you know I have been recently diagnosed with Triple Negative, Grade 3, Stage 3 Breast Cancer. This form of Breast Cancer is rare (10 percent) and aggressive form of Breast Cancer. I am also BRCA 1 positive. This means I have a specific genetic gene mutation that increases metastasis/reoccurring of the Cancer by 90 percent.

<div>What does this mean? We have to be even more aggressive when treating the Cancer. We will be doing 2 types of chemo and immunotherapy weekly in Duluth (3 hours away) for 12 weeks, followed by another 2 types of chemo and immunotherapy for 12 weeks weekly. Hopefully in March I will be able to receive a double mastectomy, hysterectomy, etc. Followed by daily radiation, and more chemo. If all goes to plan I will continue to have to do immunotherapy and switch to oral chemo the following year. Yes. It is A LOT. Ary and I (my daughter) have been so appreciative of everyone's support. I don't know where I would be without my village.

<div>Some of you may know I've struggled with Pseudo-Tumor Cerebri for years now. Between the medications for that and the Chemo, my liver and brain have not been healing. Last week we had to forgo one of the immunotherapies in hopes my body could recover with the chemos.

<div>Hi everyone, my name is Emily Scholler, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my brother Tyler Scholler, his wife Kelli, and their sweet 6-year-old daughter Kenzie.

<div>Tyler has fought an uphill battle his entire life. He was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at just 5 years old, and over the years it’s taken so much from him — most of his vision and, more recently, his kidney function. For the past year, he’s been living with stage 5 kidney failure, bravely facing each day with strength and faith.

<div>This past Saturday, everything changed again. <strong>Kelli had to rush Tyler to the ER in International Falls after he started showing stroke symptoms.</strong> Within an hour, doctors made the urgent decision to life flight him to St. Mary’s Hospital in Duluth. There, they discovered that Tyler had suffered two separate strokes — one deep in the brain caused by his diabetes, and another on the right side of his brain that doctors believe may be connected to his heart. That second stroke is still active, and they have to be incredibly careful not to reactivate it.

<div>Right now, the doctors don’t know the full extent of the damage, and Tyler remains in a very delicate state. Until he’s out of the active stroke zone, we simply don’t know what recovery will look like or when he’ll be able to come home.

<div>Through all of this, Kelli has not left his side. She’s had to take time off work to be with him, which means their family is now facing not only emotional exhaustion and uncertainty — but also the heavy financial strain of missed income and ongoing bills. On top of that, being separated from their daughter Kenzie has been heartbreaking for both of them.
