<div>My chest dysphoria is progressively getting worse. I can’t wear binders because I get panic attack from my chest being that compressed so I rely on tight sports bras and trans tape whenever I can stand it. I’ve finally figure out how to minimise skin damage (allergic reactions, blisters, tears) when taping but it still means having to take breaks and wear a bra. Those days are more and more hellish these days and I try to tape more and more. But it’s not a long-term solution by far.

<div><strong>Why saving up has been difficult</strong>
</div>
<div>I’ve been trying to save up. I’m actually very good at saving but the past 5 years life has repeatedly kicked my partner and myself in the teeth, financially speaking. So our savings have been fairly depleted. Furthermore, I’ve not been able to find work since summer 2023 because my industry (tech) is a heaping dumpster fire. I’m working on ways to earn money again, possibly going back to school to become a therapist, and I volunteer at a humantarian aid org. My partner can keep us going but, like I said, there’s not much we can put aside and since they’re trans as well we have 2x top surgery to save up for.

<div>We have recently moved to Spain where top surgery can be accessed fairly easily privately but it still doesn’t come cheap. So, I’m doing what learning to code has taught me is the right thing to do and what my developer friends are always telling me is important: I am asking for help. I feel incredibly uncomfortable doing it, but I understand it is necessary if I want to live fully instead of just barely existing, trying to constantly hide my body and causing pain and skin damage. I’ll spare you the photos of the blisters tape can give me.

Help me get gender-affirming top surgery

Hi friends! My name is Jag. I'm a 31-year-old queer non-binary person with Very Large Jugs. I'm asking for financial support so that I can finally undergo gender affirming top surgery/reduction of Very Large Jugs. Thank you in advance for reading, sharing or donating! <br /><br />I'm currently living in Edinburgh with my wife and my cat. I've been out as non-binary for a few years, however, I've known I wanted a breast reduction for over a decade, long before I figured out my gender identity. I was already an F cup by the time I left school, and now at 31, I'm sitting with a pair of juicy 42Js. All joking aside, carrying this chest around for so long has left me with chronic back pain, not to mention dysphoria and depression. Binding is almost impossible at this size, and there is just nothing I can do to hide them. I can't run, dance or do any activities I enjoyed as a kid anymore since no sports bra can support me adequately. <br /><br />Top surgery would allow me to move through the world like I’ve always wanted to. It would allow me to feel at home in my skin, and spend less time in pain on the sofa and more time frolicking shirtless on the beach. <br /><br />I'm in the process of researching private surgeons in the UK, in particular I am looking at Ioannis Ntanos in Manchester. I’m hoping to raise £7000 for surgery, which is roughly what the operation will cost. <br /><br />I know it's a big amount, and I know it's a hard time for the entire community right now. I’ve never been great at asking for help, but unfortunately I can’t foresee a time when I’ll have that kind of money. I'm ready to lob these off and move on with my life!<br /><br />If you are in a position to donate, I appreciate every penny. <br /><br />xxx Jag

<div>But taping is not a long-term solution. It’s itchy and uncomfortable and painful every time. Also, the KT tape itself, the barrier spray to protect my skin, adhesive remover, etc. add up.
