On October 9th, 2025, Melissa's water broke at just 23 weeks, and we rushed her to the hospital. She was admitted to UT hospital and remained under constant care until she went into labor. Iliana was born on November 14th, 2025, at 28 weeks and 5 days, weighing only 3 lbs. Her early arrival was both terrifying and miraculous, and from the start, she showed incredible strength. She needed a ventilator for only a few days and began improving day by day. We experienced many ups and downs, but as of April 20th, we were hopeful that Iliana would be able to come home soon.

 However, on April 24th, her oxygen levels began to drop due to a possible infection or pulmonary hypertension. Despite the best efforts of the amazing nurses and doctors at UTMC, her condition became critical. We were advised to transfer her to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital for specialized care. Weather conditions made a helicopter transfer impossible, so an ambulance was sent instead. The three-hour ride was agonizing, but with the grace of God, Iliana arrived safely. She endured a lot of trauma and required sedation and medication, but as of April 27th, our little fighter is doing well. We are deeply grateful for the care she has received and for the prayers and support from everyone around us.

 Melissa has not been able to work since her water broke and has stayed by Iliana's side every step of the way. Carlos is the only one working and must travel back and forth between home and the hospital, which is both exhausting and expensive. The funds raised will help cover medical bills, travel, and living expenses so the family can focus on Iliana's recovery. Any little bit would help make this journey a little easier, so they can get baby Iliana healthy and home where she belongs. Honoring Mason’s Life with Love

As Robby’s children and fiancé Jennie, we have started this gofundme for Robby in hopes of donations to cover his hospital bills, funeral expenses &amp; flower expenses. Robert passed away on December 29, 2024 in a hospice home surrounded by his family and fiance, after a very long but courageous battle with cancer. Robby was born in New Bedford, Ma, he was the youngest of 11 siblings &amp; spent most of his life on the sea as a Commercial Fisherman. Living in Quincy, Ma He had been sober for over 5 years with the help of an amazing group at AA 373. Robby was survived by his young children Michael, Samantha, Sarena &amp; his extended son Kayden. His grand daughter Madelyn brought much joy to his life. We couldn’t be more proud of such an amazing father, grandfather, partner &amp; friend that he was. Hey everyone my name is Marissa Darnell and I have been asked by Monika, Nikki and Wendy, "the family" to take one of the burdens off their shoulders by making the gofundme page. 
<div>Kaleb died suddenly and the family is trying to pull together money for his cremation which is $1000. I personally would love it it we could help and go the extra mile and dig a little deeper to help the family with his celebration of life. That I will leave up to everyones discretion. I know these are hard times as we are going through them too but we all loved Kaleb and he never turned down helping anybody even if it's was his last of whatever you needed. This is so surreal and hard to even type, like a bad dream but they really could use your help as Nikki and Rusty do so much for the community playing for charities and Monika doing so well and now having 3 babies to raise  without their daddy. A daddy that btw was a great daddy and worshiped his children. Anyone who knows him knows this. Kaleb Edwards Cremation Fund

Hi,<br /><br />My name is Derrick.<br /><br />I was diagnosed with rectal cancer in January of this year.  I'm 31 years-old and the doctor was just as shocked as I was when he saw the tumor in the colonoscopy. Ever since that day, my life has just stopped.<br /><br />I'd been feeling sick for a year before that, but my doctor didn't think it was anything serious. However, as the sympoms got worse, I went to see another doctor for a 2nd opinion and a colonoscopy discovered a 3-inch malignant tumor. After I was diagnosed with rectal cancer, they also discovered a lesion on my liver. I am scheduled for surgery in 3 weeks to deal with this lesion. <br /><br />I was in and out of work for a month to do scans and tests, and started chemo and radiation. Because of the level of exhaustion and pain these treatments have caused, I have had to take a leave of absence from work with no pay. I've been out for 2 months. These treatments are expensive and unfortunately my insurance does not cover everything. I have daily co-pays for Mon-Fri radiation. I have been receiving bills for my colonoscopy, ultrasounds, MRIs, and I have two upcoming surgeries scheduled. <br /><br />The bills are starting to pile up on me. They're coming in pretty quick.
