 On February 11, 2026, our family’s life changed forever. We learned that our mom, <strong>Kelly Trullinger</strong>, had an <strong>aggressive form of breast cancer. </strong>

 <strong>The Woman We Cannot Imagine Life Without</strong>

 At just <strong>48 years old</strong>, Kelly is facing one of the hardest battles of her life. She is a wife of 22 years, <strong>a mother of quadruplets</strong>, a teacher, a school leader, and someone who has spent her life caring for others.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 For 18 years, she has raised four children born at the exact same time: three girls and one boy. We are now entering our senior year of high school. Throughout our lives, <strong>our mom has always put us first.</strong> Somehow, through the chaos and challenges that come with raising quadruplets, she has always made each of us feel seen, loved and helped in every aspect of our lives.

 With that being said, none of us would be where we are today without her.

 <strong>A Difficult Treatment Journey</strong>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Kelly has already endured <strong>six months</strong> of intense and <strong>aggressive chemotherapy</strong>. She has also undergone a <strong>double mastectomy </strong>during which, 16 lymph nodes were removed, 5 of which turned out to be cancer positive.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Devastatingly, the chemotherapy<strong> did not work</strong> the way her doctors had hoped. There was no slowing of the cancer’s growth and no shrinkage of the cancer cells. We realized that her cancer has proven to be more difficult to treat than we prayed it would be.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 After surgery, we received additional devastating news. Kelly was diagnosed with <strong>Stage 3A triple-positive breast cancer</strong>, meaning her cancer is <strong>HER2-positive, estrogen-receptor positive</strong>, and<strong> progesterone-receptor positive</strong>. Her HER2-positive diagnosis helps explain why the chemotherapy she received did not produce the response her doctors had hoped for.
</div>

</div>
<div>
 Kelly has also been diagnosed with <strong>Residual Cancer Burden (RCB) III, </strong>the<strong> highest category</strong> of residual cancer burden following treatment before surgery. This places her at a significantly <strong>higher risk of recurrence</strong> and means that, even after surgery, her treatment is far from over.
</div>

<div>
 Although the cancer that could be removed surgically has been removed, Kelly now faces an extensive course of additional treatment. <strong>She will need radiation, hormone therapy, and IV cancer treatment through her port every three weeks for an entire year.</strong>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>

 Her doctors have also recommended continued close monitoring, including<strong> regular PET scans and brain MRIs</strong>, and<strong> additional surgery </strong>may be necessary in the future.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 There is still a very long road ahead, and our family is taking it one treatment, one appointment, and one day at a time. Her fight is far from over.
</div>

 <strong>Through all of this, she has been unable to work.</strong>

 <strong>A Life Spent Caring for Others</strong>

 For more than <strong>two decades</strong>, Kelly has dedicated her life to <strong>serving children and families in Charlotte County.</strong> She has taught kindergarten through fourth grade, served as a Lead Teacher and Dean of Students at Vineland Elementary, and worked with students with significant emotional and behavioral needs in exceptional student education classrooms.

Help Our Mom Fight Stage 3 Triple-Positive Breast Cancer

My name is Debbie, and I have had the privilege of working alongside Brian for more than three years. During that time, I have witnessed firsthand the compassion, dedication, and care he brings to his work as a psychotherapist. Brian spends his days helping people through some of the most painful moments of their lives, always approaching them with kindness and the belief that no one should struggle alone. Now, Brian and his family are facing an incredibly difficult chapter of their own. Brian’s wife, Liz, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy on July 9. The family entered surgery believing that, while her recovery and reconstruction would be difficult, chemotherapy and radiation would likely not be necessary. Unfortunately, the pathology results showed cancer in one of the three lymph nodes that were removed.

 What they hoped would be a difficult but relatively contained recovery has now become a longer and more uncertain journey involving further testing, appointments, treatment decisions, and the possibility of chemotherapy, radiation, or both. Anyone who knows Liz knows what a genuinely kind, generous, and loving person she is. She is a devoted wife and mother who continues to face this experience with remarkable courage. Brian has remained beside her while also caring for their family and trying to preserve stability for their children, Ainsley, Jude, and Arlo. Brian owns a small private psychotherapy practice and is only paid when he is able to work with clients. He has no paid family leave or paid time off. Every day spent caring for Liz, accompanying her to appointments, arranging childcare, and managing their home is a day without income. Thankfully, the family has excellent health insurance, so medical bills are not their primary concern. Their immediate challenge is keeping up with the expenses that continue regardless of illness: their mortgage, household bills, childcare, groceries, utilities, vehicle expenses, and the unexpected costs that arise during prolonged cancer treatment and recovery.

 Brian and Liz are much more accustomed to helping others than asking for help themselves. I created this fundraiser so their community can offer them some of the care they have given so freely to so many people. Emergency Relief for Venezuela Earthquake Victims

<p>Heather and I have always been inseparable—she’s my identical twin and truly the other half of me. Recently, our world was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. The doctor told us it’s aggressive and high risk because it's already spread to a lymph node, which means her treatment will start right away. We’re both scared, but I’m doing my best to be strong for her &amp; support her however I can.

<p>Heather chose the more aggressive chemo option, and while she has insurance, it won’t cover nearly enough. The bills are already piling up, and we’re worried about how we’ll manage rent and everyday expenses on top of the medical costs. It’s just the two of us, and we’re doing everything we can, but it’s not enough. I’ve never done anything like this before, but I know we need help.

Help Heather Fight Aggressive Breast Cancer

<div>On 3 April 2026, 10-year-old Judson Saulog was diagnosed with leukemia. We’re fundraising to assist with his treatments as there will be immense out-of-pocket costs for his family.
</div>

<div>Judson’s parents took him to Urgent Care due to facial swelling/bruising, vomiting, and enlarged lymph nodes. They discovered that his spleen was enlarged, and he was transferred to the ER which discovered markedly elevated white blood cell count and a large mass in his chest. He was airlifted to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where further testing confirmed diagnosis of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). He is currently in the ICU there to address the chest mass which poses risk of compression to his lungs and heart. He has since received the initial stage of his leukemia treatment including corticosteroids to rapidly reduce the size of the mass. As part of this acute phase, Judson has required blood transfusion and dialysis to help his body manage the toxins and waste products released as the cancer cells break down. Chemotherapy is expected to begin on Monday, 6 April 2026.

<div>Having a child with leukemia is an unimaginable burden on its own, but the Saulogs have had other major ongoing challenges. In addition to Judson’s battle with leukemia, his mother, Susanna, has been fighting her own continuing battle with breast cancer since 2021. Judson’s dad, Clarence, is the sole provider with two jobs as a pastor and hospice chaplain. However, his income and work are currently impacted as he is ineligible for FMLA due to recently starting with a new company for his hospice work. Clarence and Susanna also have four other young children and face challenges in childcare, meal preparation, house and vehicle maintenance, and fuel costs due to the 60-mile commute from their home to Judson’s hospital.

Support Judson’s Fight Against Leukemia

<div>Amy celebrated her 30th birthday this week is a loving mother to Ella, Mya and Halo.
</div>

<div>In August 2022 Amy found out she had aggressive breast cancer, and only a few weeks later she found out she was pregnant. Faced with a decision that no mother should have to make, but made the decision that only a mother could make and against all odds she gave birth to her now happy gorgeous 1 year old daughter Halo. Whilst 12 weeks pregnant she underwent a double mastectomy and straight after giving birth was wheeled up to the oncology ward to start her treatment. 2 years after the initial diagnosis we thought the nightmare was over.

<div>However nearly two years to the day Amy found another lump in the remaining breast tissue that led to a PET scan where the cancer has now spread to her her armpits, chest wall and rib bone. Her rib bone has fractured due to the cancer and is now pressing on a nerve and breaking the bones in her chest.

</div>
<div>Amy is incredibly strong and has shown unwavering strength and I am in absolute awe of her resilience. But I wont sugar coat it, the road ahead is going to be long and difficult. She needs to undergo several months of chemo and radiation, followed by surgery to remove the cancer, along with various medications, hospital visits, and will exhaust all other treatments that are available. <strong>These treatments are understandably not cheap and without these treatments her care team have given her 12 months to live, but if she has access to these treatments she could have another 6-8 precious years with her girls.</strong>

<div><strong>Kim Miller</strong> is one of the strongest people I have ever met. She raised me to be independent, courageous, strong-willed, and determined. She stepped into my life when my own father wouldn't, raising me like her own child until I made it into the Marine Corps. Even after raising me, I watched her help my mom achieve her goals in life with school and her career. Along the way, she continued to raise her nieces and nephews. When my grandmother was diagnosed with lung cancer, Kim quit her job and moved across the country to help be her caretaker. She cared for my grandmother until her last breath. While my grandma lost her fight with cancer, my grandfather developed dementia. Kim never thought twice about allowing my grandfather to live the rest of his life in her home and care. When I decided to start a tree business knowing absolutely nothing about trees, she wholeheartedly invested in my first set of climbing gear and helped me study my skills. She would watch me practice in the backyard, encouraging me to get over my fears of being a new climber. During this time, she used her free time to mentor the youth through teaching and her church. She has always helped someone in need, she has given away an entire car so someone could get to work every day for their family. She has always loaned money to the needy or someone down on their luck, never thinking about being repaid. Through my entire 34 years on this earth, I have never seen her ask for help. She has always made do with what she has and can do.

<div><strong>Five months ago, our family was devastated to find out Kim was diagnosed with breast cancer.</strong> Unfortunately, the same ailment affects many families throughout this country, but the impact has destroyed my parent’s lives. Kim went from working full time as a teacher, and maintaining her yard and garden, to requiring full-time care while she takes her treatment. My mother Sharon has had to quit her job as well just to stay at home and care for Kim full time. Their grocery bill has increased simply due to the new diet and medicine requirements.

Support Kim Miller's Battle Against Breast Cancer

<p>Hi my name is Lisa Roberts and am raising funds to help fund my mom's medical treatment. In 2023, our family faced a devastating challenge when my father was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Unfortunately, on our island of Grenada, access to good treatment and surgery for this type of cancer is very limited. We rallied together as a family, using most of our resources to facilitate his travel to the US for the critical medical care he needed.

<p>Thankfully, after his surgery in December 2023, Dad was able to return home. However, just a few months later, in February 2024, we received another heartbreaking blow. We discovered a lump in my mother's breast. She was recently diagnoised with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Doctors believe that with the right treatment she can survive and be with our family for a few more years.

<p>This unexpected diagnosis has left us feeling overwhelmed and emotionally and financially drained. Now, we had to travel back to the US for my mother's treatment, just as we did for my father.

<p>My mom, Margaret or Ms. Rose _mommy Rose as she is fondly called by many is an amazing, enthusiastic woman with a zest for life, she loves God with all her heart and my family and her friends are the constant receipent of her prayers. <div>As many of you know, I have metastatic breast cancer and for the past three years have been stable enough to use oral chemotherapy. That is no longer the case. I am back in IV chemotherapy hard and heavy. I go every 21 days for a treatment, it is until they decide otherwise. There is no specific time frame. Next cycle they are running scans to see what they can see, I guess. I am trying to stay positive, I have been doing this for 9 1/2 years. I’m trying to keep it together. Some things are easier, I don’t have to worry about schedules because they made me quit working over a year ago. That caused me a lot of grief, I had great relationships with the kids that kept me going. Some things are harder. My mental state is a work in progress every single day. Right now I am battling a lot of side effects. The first cycle was horrible and I didn’t know if I was going to survive but they have become a little easier. I am half way thru cycle 3.

<div>At this point, we are still in Cobra insurance from my past work and it is getting more difficult to keep active. I have someone working to look for coverage thru the government and I am still in the process of working on my social security disability status. Help Catherine Sharp Fight Metastatic Breast Cancer

<div>My name is Amber LeVesque Doering, and I am wanting to share the <strong>Immediate medical need</strong> this mother of 6, grandmother of 28 grandchildren, and great grandmother to 3 amazing boys! My mother, Clara “Janette” LeVesque who is most often called “Mimi” by her family, is now in Cologne, Germany needing to get treatment <strong>ASAP</strong> (since all other treatments have not been effective). As many of you know, she has a rare but aggressive form of cancer called “Sarcoma Carcinoma”. This cancer began growing in the uterus area and was removed last year surgically (along with a full hysterectomy) and since then has grown back and spread to other areas while it’s attaching to and growing into her bladder and colon area.

<div>Despite doing radiation and two treatments of “chemo light” it continues to grow and spread. Due to it being a rare aggressive form of cancer, there is no formalized treatment protocol accept to treat it like many other types of cancer and begin heavy doses and for her would be chemo in 3 rounds every 3-4 weeks. However, prior to Christmas, she broke out in shingles across her left side of her stomach and around her mid section around to her back on the left side also. With her lowered immune system, this has yet to heal and causes her pain daily as it’s affecting a nerve bundle under her left rib. Along with that pain, she is also having extreme pain and issues where the tumor is growing in bladder/colon area.

<div>We recently watched a video of Chris Wark (from ChrisBeatCancer book and cookbook and podcast) interviewing a German Doctor named Dr Gorter who described some highly successful natural treatments available at his clinic in Germany.  This treatment is with dendritic cells, hyperthermia, and mistletoe. The Dr had replied and asked to review her records of which I sent to him right away, he let me know she was a good candidate and has treated with success people with her type of cancer and passed me on to the head office to proceed with what the treatment entails (3 phases) and payment amount for first phase.  The onlu negative side effect is she may feel slight flu symptoms as her body is fighting off the cancer with this treatment but they said she will be feeling more energy and better all around as the treatment continues because it will help strengthen her body as it fights the cancer off. She has requested to move towards hope in the real possibility that she can gain back some of her strength and have a higher quality of life while she enjoys the time God has given her. If at anytime she feels this treatment is not effective for her she can discontinue services.

Cancer Treatment in Germany for Clara LeVesque

<div>My name is Erica Giron (Ramirez), I am 47 years old, a single parent to four amazing and beautiful daughters. (ages 8, 10, 14, &amp; 28)

<div>The beginning of last year January 31, 2023, I was diagnosed with breast cancer more specifically Ductal Invasive Carcinoma. You can imagine how devasted I was when I received this type of news. I immediately, evaluated my life and made drastic changes.  I had a serious conversation with myself and asked, “how did I contribute to this diagnosis?”  So, I worked on my stress levels, went on a plant-based diet, exercise, spiritual, forgiveness, etc.  I used a life insurance money to complete my first round of immunotherapy treatment in May 2023.  Things were going great and headed in the right direction towards my cancer healing.  However, I noticed a shift in my body right around end of November.  A recent Pet Scan confirmed the cancer has spread to a few of my bones and a little bit to my liver.  A year later after initial diagnosis I am considered Stage IV.  My spirit whispers, “don’t quit keep going!”

<div>The plan is to start Endocrine Therapy per my Kaiser Oncologist within the next two weeks. An injection of Lupron was given a week ago to kick start menopause before the other drugs may be given.  Now, these drugs are extremely toxic these are some of the side effects:  kidney injury, decreased white blood cells, decreased hemoglobin, changes in the electrical activity of your heart, may cause harm to your lungs, may cause a severe skin rash it may become painful with blisters, and more. YIKES!  That explains the EKG ordered for every two weeks.  Sigh. Another thing that is alarming is the handling of these pharmaceutical drugs. “Just like when chemotherapy is given into the vein, this drug can be toxic and exposure of the drugs to others should be limited.”  Disposal of gloves and cups are required.

<div>This is where the Naturopathic medicine alongside Chinese medicine is extremely important.  This will counter the damage that I described above and help my body/immune system stay strong while I take these drugs.  Will you help me continue my fight to beat this thing called Cancer? I have a few goals once this season is over is to become a voice for change. <div>Suzy, a woman in her late fourties, has spent her life mostly on the west coast and for the last 13 years happily on Vancouver island. Her family support network consists primarily of her mother Lee and brother Daniel.
