 Josh and Kayley are faithful attenders of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, and the loving parents of three beautiful children. This October, they are eagerly preparing to welcome their fourth child into the world.

 As their family grows, so has one of their greatest challenges: dependable transportation.

 Today, Josh and Kayley share a single vehicle with other working family members. Every week requires coordinating schedules, hoping the vehicle is available when it is needed, and wondering whether transportation will fall through.

 For Josh, this is more than an inconvenience.

 As an independent contractor, if he cannot get to a job site, he often has no choice but to decline the work. Every missed job means lost income. Every lost opportunity makes it more difficult to provide for his growing family.

Four Children. One Shared Vehicle. We Can Help.

<div>Today, July 12, 2026, our family experienced a tragedy that no family should ever have to face. My 27-year-old sister was killed in a rollover car accident. She was ejected from the vehicle and, despite every hope, sadly passed away from her injuries.

<div>Our hearts are shattered. She was so much more than a daughter, sister, family member, and friend—she was an incredible person who touched the lives of everyone she met.
</div>

<div>She worked at Miller Swim School, where she loved helping children learn to swim and build confidence in the water. She was also an amazing healthcare worker who dedicated herself to caring for others with compassion, patience, and kindness. Helping people wasn't just her job—it was who she was.
</div>

<div>Anyone who knew my sister knew she had the most beautiful personality. She had a heart full of love, endless empathy, and a kindness that made everyone around her feel seen, valued, and cared for. She was the kind of person who would always put others before herself, offer a listening ear, or do whatever she could to brighten someone's day. She had a smile that could light up a room, and a spirit that made the world a better place.

<div>At just 27 years old, she had so much life ahead of her. She had dreams, goals, and countless more lives to touch. While nothing can ever replace her, we want to honor her life with the beautiful service she deserves.

<div>As we struggle to come to terms with this unimaginable loss, we are also faced with the unexpected cost of giving her the funeral and memorial she deserves.

<div>My parents are both retired, in their mid-70s, and living on a fixed income. They have even discussed taking out a mortgage on their home just to cover the funeral expenses. No parents should ever have to worry about losing their home while grieving the loss of their daughter.

<div>Hi, my name is Reanna Schaapveld, and I'm raising money for Vinalee; she just turned 12 years old on 10/26/2022 and was in a horrible freak accident on 10/29/2022. Vinalee is an energetic, fun, loving, kind little girl. She loves life and loves her family. She was on a hay ride. She ended up falling head-first under the trailer and getting run over, pushing her into the ground. She sustained significant injuries and is currently in a medically induced coma and on a ventilator. She is presently in St. Frances children's hospital in Tusla. <div>I first got to know Kyana when she was barely a teenager. She was the sister of a player on my son's tee ball team. From the first time we chatted, I started calling her President Kyana.  She had that kind of charm and presence to her.  She was a great big sister, a great daughter, a great friend, and a blessing to everyone who met her.

She was always showing off her show animals that she cared for as part of the Sherman High School Ag team.  After graduating from Sherman High, she started going to college with dreams of being a veterinarian.
