<div>We Are Latinas Inspiring Futures Together (LIFT) ,  a nonprofit run by Latina immigrants for Latina immigrants. We’ve walked through confusion, fear, language barriers — and now we’re determined to make sure no woman has to face that journey alone.

<div>Every year, thousands of Latina women arrive in Canada with hope… and fear. They don’t know how to apply for essential services (Health Card, SIN), enrol their children in school, learn English, or find a job. They risk isolation, exploitation and mental strain. We plan to change that — with step-by-step action, not just good intentions.
