<div>My name is Shelby, and I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend, Danielle, and her sister, Dominique, after the unexpected passing of their beloved mother last week.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/105100343_1782872862533082_r.jpg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Danielle has been my best friend for 20 years, and her mom was like a second mother to me for much of my teenage life. She was deeply loved by her family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She loved her daughters and her grandbabies so much. Her sudden passing has been heartbreaking, and Danielle and Dominique are now facing the unimaginable task of making final arrangements while grieving this tremendous loss.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>One of their mom’s greatest wishes was to return home to the Dominican Republic and be laid to rest alongside her own mother. Even in the middle of their grief, Danielle and Dominique are committed to honoring that wish and making sure her final resting place is where she always wanted to be.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, the cost to bring her home is significant. Danielle and Dominique have confirmed that the casket and transportation from the United States to the Dominican Republic will cost $10,000. In addition to that, they will also need to cover funeral and burial expenses once she arrives in the Dominican Republic.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This sudden loss has placed an enormous financial burden on them during an already devastating time. I’m asking our community to help ease some of that burden so Danielle and Dominique can focus on honoring their mom’s life and fulfilling her final wish.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds raised will go directly toward:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>* Casket and transportation costs from the U.S. to the Dominican Republic
</div>
<div>* Funeral and burial expenses in the Dominican Republic
</div>
<div>* Related costs as the family finalizes arrangements
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any donation, no matter the amount, would mean so much. If you aren’t able to give, sharing this fundraiser is also an incredible help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for supporting Danielle and Dominique, for loving their mom, and for helping bring her home.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude,

Help Danielle and Dominique Bring Mom Home

I don't normally ask this: James Johnson passed away today around 1:30 pm. He was 43 years old. They found him yesterday at his job unconscious. He came around for a few short minutes before going back out. He has a young son (Eddie) who I believe is either 13 or 14. James's death was unexpected. He was a good man and great Father. Like most of us he had very little life insurance. If anyone can donate something it would be greatly appreciated. If you cant donate please pray for this family and very young boy. Who now has to go through the rest of his life without a Father.

James Johnson Funeral Expenses

My sweet neighbor, Courtney Grimaldi unexpectedly lost her 43 year old fiancé Jason McDonald on Wednesday May 29th, 2019 to a heat stroke after working outside in 100 degree heat. She was 40 weeks pregnant when this happened. They have three children, Gavin (12) Caitlynn (8) and as of TODAY Axel - She had a c-section earlier today (6/7/19) You can imagine the heartbreak of having to return home from having major abdominal surgery with a brand new baby, care for two older children &amp; unexpectedly organize a funeral for the love of her life. <br /><br /><br />In addition to this tragedy, her sweet baby boy was born with a cleft lip and will have surgery in four weeks at Scottish Rite. As you can imagine, the medical bills will come rolling in very soon. Jason was the only source of income for the family since Courtney was put on bedrest at 25 weeks pregnant. <br /><br />This family needs a miracle. Every little but counts. <br /><br />If you cannot donate financially, In addition to funds to pay for the funeral, pay medical bills &amp; keep up with regular household expenses, they are also in need of these baby items:<br /><br />-Diapers: Size NB, 1, 2 &amp; 3<br />-Wipes<br />-Bottles<br />-Bibs/burp cloths<br />-Baby Boy clothes: 3-6 month &amp; 6-9 month<br />-Meals that can be frozen and/or cooked quickly<br />-Any snacks/groceries <br />-Basic Household items/toiletries <br />-Any other contributions of baby &amp; household items that you aren’t using anymore <br />-TIME - any stay at home moms or retired women willing to come help out around her house, cooking, cleaning. She’s gonna need it all. <br /><br />If you have anything you’d like to donate (meals or baby items above, please reach out to me and I will get it to her) <br /><br />Hali McCalvin<br /><br />678.637.7565
