We really don’t know how to thank everyone. As we prepare to close the shop for the final time this Saturday, we’ve been completely overwhelmed to hear that more than *£3,500* has now been raised for us. After 36 years in the shop, saying goodbye is incredibly difficult, but the kindness and support we’ve received from the Hurstpierpoint community has meant so much to us. Every donation, message and kind word has reminded us just how lucky we’ve been to spend all these years here. Thank you, from both of us, to everyone who has contributed and to everyone who has supported the shop over the years. We feel incredibly loved and very, very grateful. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for contributing to Lee andAndrée’s leaving gift. The response has been amazing. We’ve now raised over £3,000, and it’s been so lovely to see just how many people wanted to show their appreciation for Lee & Andrée after 36 years serving our village. After 36 wonderful years serving our village, Lee and Andrée have made the incredibly difficult decision to close their pet food shop. Their final day will be 19th September. For so many of us, they've been far more than just a shop. They've always had time for a chat, offered kind advice, shared stories about our pets and been a genuine part of the fabric of our community. They will be hugely missed on our high street. I'd love for us, as a community, to give them the send-off they deserve and say thank you for everything they've done these past 36 years.
