<div>Hi! We’re Stand-Out Theatre School (SOTS) — a passionate, inclusive theatre school based in Falkirk, Scotland.
</div>

<div>We opened our doors just two years ago with only 7 students, and today we’re proud to have over 150 young people attending classes every week. We're delighted to have been invited to perform at the 2026 New York City Tartan Day Parade and we’re raising funds to take some of our incredible young performers and their grown-ups on this once-in-a-lifetime trip.

<div>This opportunity offers so much more than a performance. For some of our children this will be their first time on an airplane! We’ll be seeing Broadway shows, visit iconic sights like the Statue of Liberty and take workshops at Broadway Dance Center, all while making unforgettable memories.

<div>The group includes children with a range of needs and abilities and creating an experience where every young person can feel supported, included, and celebrated is incredibly important to us.

<div>We’re aiming to raise £20,000 — we know, it’s a big number! But we always tell our students to aim for the stars, so we’re practicing what we preach. Every penny helps, and even a £1 donation gets us closer to that goal.

<div>Hi we are the McKinlay family and this is for our Stevie.
</div>

<div>We would like to raise funds for a Memorial buddy bench and Funeral costs to give Stevie McKinlay, Age 9 who died on 30/09/2024 the amazing send off he deserves.
</div>

<div>Having no previous medical conditions, Stevie developed a cough which was diagnosed by our GP as a chest infection. Within a week Stevie collapsed, due to cardiac arrest while having breathing difficulties and was rushed to hospital by his Mum and Dad.
</div>

</div>
<div>On arrival at Hospital, Stevie had stopped breathing. Medical staff fought frantically to bring Stevie back but after four days Stevie was eventually confirmed brain dead. Whilst respirators continued to keep our Stevie breathing until 30/09/2024, Doctors now believe that Stevie died in his Mother’s arms on his way to hospital.

<div>Specialist and Doctors have no idea why or what has caused this wonderful loving wee boy to be taken from his family.
</div>

<div>Leaving behind a broken-hearted Mum, Dad and little Sister Clarke, Age 5. We would like to give Stevie the send-off that such an amazing wee boy deserves and preserve his memory by installing a memorial bench in the playground of Bantaskin Primary School, where he attended, and his sister and friends still attend.

<div>With any funds remaining a large donation will be made to Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity and Stevie’s family to support them in their time of grieving and recovery from such a tragic loss.
