<div>Hi my name is Constance and I never imagined I would be writing something like this.
</div>
<div>My dog Ohcumgache ,is not "just a pet", They are our family, my comfort on the hardest days, and the one soul who has never left my side. No matter how bad life gets, Ohcumgache is there- tail wagging, eyes full of love, reminding me that I'm not alone.
</div>
<div>A few days ago, everything changed.
</div>
<div>After noticing Ohcumgache struggling to breath large soft knot under his neck and belly swollen I took him to the vet that's when I heard the words that shattered my heart:
</div>
<div>Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM).
</div>
<div>This disease causes the heart to become weak and enlarged, making it harder for it to pump blood.
</div>
<div>Without treatment , it can be fatal .
</div>
<div>I am doing everything I can but the cost of vet visits and now he has to be seen at Med Vet cardiologist Diagnostics, medications and ongoing cardiac care is overwhelming. I would never normally ask for help like this , but I am out of options. I cannot imagine my life without Ohcumgache and I am fighting with everything I have to give him a chance.
</div>
<div>Every donation- no matter the amount -goes directly toward:
</div>
<div>Cardiology visits and echocardiograms
</div>
<div>Heart medications to stabilize his condition
</div>
<div>Emergency and follow- up vet care
</div>
<div>Giving Ohcumgache the quality of life he deserves
</div>
<div>If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this.
</div>
<div>Your kindness could be the reason my best friend get's more time, more cuddles, more walks and more moments of unconditional love only a dog can give.
</div>
<div>From the bottom of my heart thank you for reading, for caring, and for standing with us in this terrifying time.
</div>
<div>You are helping me fight for the life of the one who has always fought for me.
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude
