My name is Hash Tayeh.

For the past several years, I have been at the centre of a relentless legal, financial, and personal battle arising from my advocacy, public commentary, and outspoken views on issues I believe matter.

What began as a statement that sparked public controversy has evolved into multiple legal proceedings, significant financial strain, and ongoing attempts to silence and punish lawful expression.

Recently, a Tribunal handed down orders against me following a finding of unlawful conduct. The orders include financial penalties, publication requirements, and restrictions on future speech. While I respect the legal system and the rule of law, I strongly disagree with aspects of the decision and am actively considering my appeal options.

This fight is no longer just about me.

It raises important questions about freedom of expression, political speech, public debate, and where the line should be drawn between disagreement and censorship. Regardless of where people stand on the issues themselves, every Australian should be concerned when legal action is used to punish speech and public opinion.

The reality is that defending yourself through courts and tribunals is incredibly expensive. The costs have been overwhelming. Between legal fees, expert advice, lost business opportunities, and the personal toll this process has taken, the burden has been enormous.

Your contribution will help fund:

• Legal representation and appeal costs

• Court and tribunal expenses

• Expert reports and legal research

• Administrative and compliance costs arising from the proceedings

• Ongoing advocacy and public awareness efforts

I am not asking people to support me because they agree with everything I say. I am asking people to support the principle that every person deserves a fair opportunity to defend themselves and have their case properly heard.

Whether you can contribute financially or simply share this campaign, every gesture helps.

Thank you to everyone who has stood by me through the challenges, criticism, and pressure. Your support has reminded me that standing up for what you believe in is never a journey you take alone.

The fight continues.

Our brother Riyad is trying to get his sister, Angam, and her daughter out of Gaza.

Angam has heart disease and asthma and can no longer get her medications due to the war.

We are trying to get her out of Gaza and in to Eygpt via the Hala organisation so that she can get an angiography and the other procedures she needs.

Shaimaa, Maz and their family left the home for a family getaway to QLD and during their holiday, their home was Robbed and raided.

The organised robbers completely cleaned out their home of all valueble and personal belongings, bedrooms were emptied, where all bags shoes, jewelry, laptops, computers, children's ipads, PlayStations and devices.

They even then unscrewed all TV's from the walls, broke into their isolated Garage and managed to steal 2 cars and Kids Quad bikes.

It didn't stop there, they even attempted to long into their bank accounts.

All personal belongings that were of sentiment would not be replaceable, but hopefully with what we can raise, we can at the very least help them recover items that they need, and help them restart their lives upon their return.

Robbery that cleaned out all valueble belongings

Hi guys. I am raising money to build a well in the name of my best friend’s father- Fayez Elkady- who passed away after years of suffering from cancer and many other health issues. I have decided to do this as he was truly a soul like no other.

I could sit here writing essays about the type of person he was but the one word that truly sums him up is 'Pure'. Fayez Elkady was one of the most purest souls that existed. He was peaceful and the energy he brought to any room that he stepped into couldn’t be described in words.

It would mean the world to his family and I, if anyone that is able to donate to build this well in his name as a Sadaaqa Jaariah, as it is the smallest thing we can do for this great man.

Sadaqatul jariyah is an ongoing charity (continuous rewards) received by us(for good actions and deeds), that will not only benefit us in this life, but will
continue to benefit us after our death.

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased).

Due to unfortunate and unforseen circumstances my sister and her children have lost their home and belongings to a fire that destroyed 90% of their home.

Praise God that my sister and her 3 young children have walked away unharmed and are safe and healthy.

My sister and her children are currently residing at home with immediate family and are in a safe environment.

We are unsure as to how long these will be their living arrangements. But our aim is to help them get back on their feet.

The funds raised will help my sister with the following:

*Rent and support in finding a new home.
*School and Child Care fees.
*Food, groceries and other home goods.
*Purchasing of furniture that could not be recovered from the fire.
*And other living costs.

We would never have imagined that this would be the position we find ourselves in during an already trying time. With the impact of the pandemic and the shortage of work we have truly exhausted most of our options trying to find support.

We ask that everyone in and out of our community who are able, that if they can lend a helping hand. It would be appreciated beyond recognition.

For more details call or message the persons below:

Wesam Arab: 0431 053 270

Zena Arab: 0400 590 675

Shadi Arab: 0411 327 548

Toni Carroll, Jesse Welsh and Suzi need our help..

On the 26th of November 2016, our beautiful friends 7 month old daughter, Baseerah Mahri, was admitted to hospital in critical condition. Her health quickly declined and she was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne on life support.

Her parents Sarah and Mamak Mahri are at Baseerah's side every moment trying to cope with supporting their baby daughter and their other two children, Inayah and Salwa.

Currently Baseerah's fragile body needs a lot of support and her major organs are being assisted by an "ecmo" machine. This machine pumps, drains and and oxygenates her blood before returning it back to her little body.

For those who have been asking what more can we do in addition to making dua for the family, this page has been set up to support any expenses that will come up for Baseerah and the family.

As her family and friends, we know that having a child in ICU for an extended period can take a heavy toll on mums, dad's and siblings.

Please share this link widely and keep this family in your special Duas.

Thank you for all your support, kind wishes and prayers. May Allah swt bless you all.
