What they care about

My name is Tammy. I am trying to help my friend and fellow neighbor to help pay for medical bills. With 4 to 9 appointments a week, the bills tend to add up. Let’s give her our support and help her with anything we can. On September 26th just a couple hours into what started as a normal shift at work Cindy was cleaning a room after a patient left. She wiped down the bed, squeezed into a tight spot between the bed and the wall to get an ear tip off the floor, wiped down the sink counter and reached to the top shelf for a box of gloves when suddenly severe back pain that took her breath away. Cindy saw one of the doctors right away, diagnosis broken 8th rib. She ordered her out of work and to follow up with primary care She followed up with her primary who had her out of work for approximately eight weeks due to the nature of the job and how long it takes for a bone to heal. Three weeks in, one night she had sudden sharp right sided chest pain, she couldn’t breathe or talk so 911 was call. Her first stop was Maple Grove Hospital emergency room where she was immediately listed in critical condition with a blood pressure of 70/40 after some testing she was diagnosed with a hemothorax. The broken bone basically severed an artery in her abdominal cavity and she bled out internally. The pressure in her chest from the blood is what caused the chest pain, the heart issues, and the lung issues. Cindy has had three surgeries, was in critical condition in the hospital for over two weeks. And she’s trying to do all this while she’s not working. With no income coming in it makes it hard to get the help that she needs. Cindy has ongoing issues and has to be on oxygen to make it through her days. If it’s possible anything helps. Let’s give her our support and help her through this Love, prayers, and support her funds to pay the bills.
