Madelyn Hubley

Hi everyone! My name is Madelyn Hubley, and I’m a sophomore kinesiology major at the University of Delaware. This January, I have an incredible opportunity to travel to Guatemala from January 8th-22nd, 2026, for a medical internship with VAW Global Health Alliances. As a medical outreach intern, I will work alongside doctors to assist patients in underserved communities. I will shadow healthcare professionals, measure vital signs, and learn about disease diagnosis, treatment courses, and basic pharmacology. This hands-on experience will help me grow as a future physical therapist while making a real impact. This internship is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to expand my medical knowledge and contribute to global healthcare efforts. However, I need your help to make it possible! The cost includes travel, accommodations, and program fees, and I am fundraising to cover these expenses.
