My name is Elena, and I'm the owner of Gon' Vegan Restaurant. For years, I've been serving healthy, plant-based meals from a ghost kitchen, building a loyal customer base who depend on me for nutritious food. Recently, I faced a serious and unexpected challenge: my landlord abruptly closed up my previous location, demanding more from me besides business. Without any notice, I was forced to shut down, leaving my customers without warning and unable to provide the meals they rely on. It was a difficult and legal situation that left me searching for a new way forward. I want to express to my customers how deeply sorry I am for the sudden closure.
