At this time, Ryder is currently in the hospital being treated for multiple injuries affecting his central nervous system, cardiovascular system, and musculoskeletal system. Ryder was adopted by Keiki (his aunt) and Keiki’s mother (his grandmother) after his mother was sadly taken too soon from this earth. Ryder is only three years of age and has already proven to be a warrior that wants to survive this accident. His smile and energy can light up any room, make you laugh when you are down, and his intelligence is beyond his age. We are a competitive cheerleading organization seeking help during this difficult time and asking for your help.  It is our mission to enrich the lives of our athletes and our families through the sport of competitive cheerleading. Our goal is to inspire our athletes, instill confidence and teach discipline to ensure a fun and safe environment that promotes empowerment.  Strive Athletics has been a successful cheer program for 6 seasons and will continue to  pursue serving the youth of the San Gabriel Valley for years to come. With over 70 first place wins, 5 nationals wins and 7 State wins, Strive Athletics sets a standard of excellence for our athletes in the sport of cheerleading. We are a second home to over 50 families where athletes come to train and families create long lasting memories.  We are working diligently to get through this tough time and are asking for your help to keep a second home to our families alive. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the gym's expenses are fixed, and we are responsible for them regardless of the current situation. We are looking to make sure that when all is over, we're ready and able to continue our mission to our families.  As we simply do not have the operational reserves to sustain this type of dramatic impact in result of COVID-19, we are asking for your help. On March 4th our close friend and coworker Will O'hara lost his life in a tragic motorcycle accident while taking a day trip with his girlfriend, Stephanie Feng. Will was an amazing director on the Hallmark television show "Home &amp; Family" and an even better friend and person. Although we lost our dear friend Will, his girlfriend Stephanie is miraculously alive and currently in the hospital with a broken back, multiple ribs, fingers and other injuries. I wanted to start this page for people to donate to Stephanie's medical bills and recovery. She is already dealing with so much it would be so amazing to alleviate some of the monetary stress that comes with her medical bills and expenses. No donation is too small. Let's honor Will’s memory by taking care of someone who meant so much to him! :)

My name is Patty,  as many of you know I'm a Hairstylist, runner, fitness fanatic.. BUT most importantly single mother of two wonderful boys, Jonathan and Justin. I have been blessed &amp;  honored in raising two boys grow up  into fine young gentlemen.  My sons are my world, My Love &amp; Light,  My everything.  We have been thru good times and hardtimes but nothing could prepare us for the hardest challenge and Battle we have just begun...My eldest, Jonathan, started college last fall. Got his first job this past spring to help with his schooling fees in addition to volunteer work over this summer..just a young man getting started in this world.  The year looked promising for Jonathan,  just starting his second year of college, looking much more seasoned and confident,  when he noticed his lymph nodes a bit swollen. Trying to keep him calm and not to let my imagination get the best of me I made an appointment to see the doctor. And prayed and prayed more but Nothing could prepare me for the news that was to come... Jonathan would be diagnosed with T- Lymphoblastic Lymphoma.   We are optimistic and have faith..but as a Mom this has been very very difficult to process and many tears and see what this horrible disease is doing to my son (not my baby!!!) Today took a turn in the last few days as his condition seems to be getting worse he had to be immediately admitted  to the Hospital because he was having a hard time talking and eating. Turns out that the mass growing in his neck is now threatening to block his airway passage as well as difficulty to swallow to eat ...Hes not allowed any solids for time being  and from Hospital he was transferred over to City of Hope with an amazing oncologist &amp; staff where we now wait for treatment to begin and the battle of a lifetime..time for Jonathan's fight  As many of you know insurance will only cover a portion of his medical expenses. I'm doing my best to stay up to date with my payments but overwhelmed with the expenses that have begun to accumulate.  As a mother most important is to be together with my son to help him fight this battle but due to many dr appts and just needing to be here as a mom unfortunately has caused me to miss much work and as the sole provider of these boys I am overwhelmed with all that has entailed and after thinking I could do it all I have put my pride to the side and realize I no longer can't.....I ask Please  if possible  from friends and family to please consider making a small donation to my Jonathan it would be greatly appreciated if so.. The Power of Prayer, healing and  love &amp; light are needed and welcomed  Thank you for your time.
