Update 8/28/25:
In Loving Memory of Stephanie Diaz
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stephanie Diaz, after succumbing to her injuries. She has now gone to be with the Lord, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness that will never be forgotten.
Stephanie was a devoted mother, a cherished friend, and a dedicated teacher. She touched the lives of so many, and her heart was always open to those in need. As a special education teacher at Alta Loma Elementary, she made an indelible mark on the lives of her students, providing them with not only academic guidance but also love and encouragement. Stephanie’s ability to make each student feel special and valued was a gift that made her an extraordinary educator.
Her family and friends will remember her for her unwavering loyalty, generosity, and her ability to make everyone feel loved and cared for. She was the type of person who gave without hesitation, always putting the needs of others before her own. Whether as a mother, wife, or friend, Stephanie's heart was boundless, and her legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Stephanie’s passing leaves a hole in our hearts, but we take comfort in the knowledge that she is at peace and surrounded by love. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, colleagues, and students, who were lucky to have known her.
In true Stephanie fashion, she was able to help save the lives of others by helping donate her organs.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate her life and the countless lives she touched. Details of the service will be announced shortly.
Rest in peace, Stephanie. You were loved beyond words and will be deeply missed by all.

Over this past weekend, our beloved Stephanie Diaz was involved in a tragic incident that has resulted in her hospitalization. At this time, her family is requesting your heartfelt prayers and support as they navigate through this incredibly difficult time.
Stephanie is a beloved mother, daughter, and friend. If you know Stephanie you know she has a heart of gold and would do anything to help those around her. As the family plans for the unknown expenses that may follow, we are hoping to help ease the burden by giving back to Stephanie. We are reaching out to our community to ask for help with the unexpected expenses and to assist Stephanie and her two daughters.
No amount is too small, and every donation is a blessing. Even if you cannot give financially, your prayers and support are deeply appreciated.
We will share updates as they become available, and we appreciate your kindness, patience, and compassion during this time. The family is asking for privacy at this time.
