<div><strong>I am a person living with HIV, and I recently endured a wrongful incarceration during which I suffered serious medical neglect, including being denied my HIV medication and experiencing seizures.</strong> These events caused my health to become unstable, and I am now fighting to regain my stability while pursuing legal action against the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department for the violations I suffered.
