KATIE’S EMERALD BALL – 6TH MARCH 2027 We need your help to keep Katie’s treatment going. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we have already raised nearly £91,000, funding three trips to the IOZK clinic in Germany for Katie’s personalised treatment. We will never be able to thank everyone enough for their support. However, Katie’s treatment plan has changed. Her most recent treatment included targeted peptide vaccines alongside checkpoint inhibitors, specifically targeting her tumour mutation. This additional treatment has brought significant unexpected costs. We have also been advised that Katie now needs to travel to Germany for treatment every 4–6 weeks, rather than the 3–6 monthly treatment we originally anticipated. With treatment, flights, travel and accommodation, her fundraising funds are depleting much faster than expected. Our target remains £150,000, and we urgently need to raise the remainder to help Katie continue her treatment over the coming months. The amazing thing is that Katie is doing really well. She feels and looks really well, and we want to do everything we can to keep her treatment going. WE’RE DOING IT ALL OVER AGAIN! After the amazing success of our last curry fundraiser night, we’ve decided it was simply too good of an evening not to repeat! The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it was so lovely to see everyone chatting, catching up and enjoying a chilled out evening together. We had the most amazing time at Serenity Meadows on Sunday enjoying a beautiful sound bath, meditation and hypnotherapy in the woods, followed by a scrumptious afternoon tea and prosecco. The perfect way to spend a relaxing Sunday. A huge thank you to Wendy Lincoln and Adam for their incredible support, generosity and kindness, and for donating all the proceeds from the event and the raffle to Katie’s fundraiser.
