<div>I never imagined I would be writing these words.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Just yesterday, my husband, Jose, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. He was so young. In an instant, our lives changed forever.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He wasn't just my husband. He was my best friend, my partner in everything, and the most loving father to his three kids, Scarlette, Mia and Joseph. He was the kind of person who could make anyone laugh, always telling jokes and bringing smiles to those around him. He was confident in everything he did, and he had a strength that really inspired everyone who knew him. But above all else, he loved our kids with all his heart. They were his greatest joy and the center of his world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, instead of planning for tomorrow, I am trying to find the strength to make it through today.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There is no way to prepare for this kind of loss. My kids have lost their dad far too soon, and I have lost the person I thought I would grow old with. This grief is so overwhelming, and the road ahead feels impossible to imagine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Many of you have asked how you can help. This fundraiser will help with funeral and memorial costs, and keeping things stable for our kids as we try to get through this heartbreaking loss.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Asking for help is not easy, but any donation, no matter the amount, will mean more than I can express. If you're unable to give, sharing this fundraiser and keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers is very much appreciated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for all your love and support. We will honor his memory every day by raising our kids to know just how much their dad loved them.

<div>Help Us Honor Lourdes’ Memory
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On behalf of the Oropeza family, we are reaching out to our friends, family, and community to help us lay our sister, Lourdes, to rest.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On Sunday, November 10th, Lourdes fell suddenly ill. Despite countless prayers and the efforts of her loved ones, Lourdes passed away on Thursday, November 14th. She leaves behind her husband, Steve, her children, grandchildren, and a circle of family and friends who cherished her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Lourdes was an amazing soul, known for her love of music, her great cooking, and her ability to befriend anyone. True to her generous spirit, Lourdes was an organ donor, and she took the Honor Walk to her last breath, giving the gift of life to others even as we said goodbye to hers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are asking for any support you can provide to help with funeral expenses and ease the financial burden on her family during this difficult time. Your kindness will help us give Lourdes the beautiful farewell she deserves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your love, prayers, and generosity.

Honor Emily's Memory: Support Her Loved Ones

Hi Friends.. I'm writing this on behalf of my niece, Casey La Roo (my name for her &lt;3) - she isn't one to ask for help but, I believe it's time and she's realizing she can't do this all herself - she's tiny but mighty - however… Anything you can contribute would be greatly appreciated and if you can't - please keep Eric and Casey in your prayers. <br />On March 4th Eric was in an accident while driving on his way home from work in his classic truck. The other driver disregarded the stop sign, leaving Eric with no time to hit his breaks. He was ejected from his truck out onto the road. He suffered a traumatic brain injury: There were two brain bleeds and a blood clot, which required emergency surgery and they removed a piece of his skull to relieve the swelling of his brain. Eric is now working to combat his anomic aphasia which will be a lifelong journey. <br />He, currently, is without his skull, and we are waiting on his second surgery where they will attach the skull with a metal plate and some screws. The current struggle is with medical insurance. They are trying deny his surgery with the current neurosurgeon because he is out of network. He has struggled this entire time. However he is a miracle. I believe his driving force has been getting back to his family. When he was in the hospital they told us that he would be in an induced coma for a week, that he would be in ICU for a month, and overall in the hospital for 3 months. Eric surpassed all of those expectations. He didn't know where he was or why, but he had determination to not be there. He would look at his kids pictures and he would look at Casey and she could see his need to leave. Despite not understanding the situation he really wanted to be out of the hospital. He was in the induced coma for maybe 36 hours. He was in the ICU for only 1 week. He was in the hospital for only 3 weeks... God moved mountains for him. Once he was home he finally looked at himself in the mirror. That was when he started to understand that something significant had happened. Casey told him about his accident (again and again) and slowly but surely he understood the reason why he had been in the hospital. <br />Eric is an amazing dad to their 3 kids. Prior to the accident, Eric was their only source of income, while Casey is a stay at home mom, homeschooling their kids. Now, he clearly will not be returning to work for quite some time. She is taking all the steps to provide for them. They have been approved for food stamps, and are waiting on his disability. There is money on the way, but it's a waiting game.<br /> "My main concern is that we end up in a lot of debt setting us further back. I am fighting to get the medical insurance to do their part and pay for the next procedure. I can't be sure of it. Also, if they do, I was informed that they may come back and collect what they paid once we receive any payout for it. This is not a situation where we will be getting anything from the other driver. He isn't a rich man and even though I want him to be held accountable, there is no promise we will ever see a settlement or payout or whatever. I don't even like the idea of doing the go fund me. I just can't stand the thought of us being in a situation worse than we already are. I don't know if this is right or whatever... I am just trying to give my family the best support that I can. Holding the fort down so to speak." -(The other) Rexy also... La Roo <br />Thank you so much taking the time to read this and for anything you can contribute to help. Please feel free to share this link.

<div>In loving memory of a remarkable son, brother cousin, uncle, and grandson, let us remember the life and legacy of a caring soul who left an indelible mark on the hearts of those he touched. His name was Ralphie.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Ralphie was a shining soul, filled with kindness, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others. His innate goodness and selflessness were evident in every aspect of his life. Always eager to lend a hand, he was a pillar of support for his siblings and anyone else who sought his assistance.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Endowed with a brilliant mind, Ralphie possessed a wealth of knowledge, particularly when it came to history. His passion for understanding the past and connecting it to the present was truly remarkable. He would often engage in lively conversations, sharing fascinating insights and sparking intellectual curiosity in those fortunate enough to be around him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But beyond his intellectual pursuits, Ralphie had a deep love for animals. His heart overflowed with warmth and tenderness towards every furry friend he encountered. Always wanting us to take the new cats that had recently joined the Lomeli family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a brother, Ralphie was exceptional. He cherished his siblings, and their well-being was a constant concern for him. He understood the importance of family, and his unwavering support and unconditional love made a significant impact on those he called family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Perhaps his most admirable quality was his unwavering generosity. Ralphie had an innate ability to empathize with others, whether they were family, friends, or strangers in need. No matter the circumstances, he would go above and beyond to assist and uplift those around him. His kind heart served as an inspiration, reminding everyone of the boundless capacity for human compassion and love.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Though Ralphie has left this world, his memory lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known him. His incredible kindness, his profound knowledge, and his unwavering dedication to helping others will forever serve as a guiding light, inspiring us to be better versions of ourselves.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We lost Ralphie so suddenly on November 10, 2023 due to cardiac complications. He was only 32 years old.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>May we honor his legacy by embracing the qualities he held dear - kindness, generosity, love, and compassion towards all beings. And may his spirit find eternal peace, knowing his impact on in the Lomeli Family he will never be forgotten.
</div>

<div>We asked that if you find it in your hearts to please pray for us during this time of need. we also ask if you are able to contribute that it will be done here as every expense will go towards his funeral expenses

<div>Earlier this year my best friend Jazlin was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor. After meeting with several doctors and exploring all options, the decision was made to move forward with brain surgery and remove the tumor as soon as possible. We are currently awaiting confirmation of her exact surgery date which will take place sometime in February 2022.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Jazlin was placed on disability since November due to the physical and emotional challenges of this diagnosis and will be out of work for an additional 4-8 weeks after her surgery. The best way we can support her during this time is to alleviate financial concerns so she can focus her energy on resting and healing. All your generous donations will go towards surgery cost, copayments, rent, utilities, groceries, and any other potential expenses.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Donations of any size are so greatly appreciated and truly make a difference. We are hoping to raise a minimum of $5,000 by February 1st. If you would like to know specifics on Jazlin’s health, please continue reading below.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>In September of 2020, Jazlin started showing  symptoms that presented in the form of sudden migraines, nausea, excessive fatigue, mood disturbances, hot flashes, amenorrhea and vision disruptions. Her symptoms started out as sporadic and progressed to multiple times a day. While working full time and completing her graduate program, Jazlin tried to minimize the severity of her symptoms. During this time, she did not have health insurance and chose to see a naturopathic doctor. Bloodwork and multiple tests showed that her prolactin levels were abnormally high and continued to increase on a bi-weekly basis. When the levels were 7x the normal range, the doctor urged her to get an MRI.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>After obtaining medical insurance, Jazlin was seen by a doctor at Kaiser who started the process all over again. This consisted of several doctor visits, bloodwork, and tests. The MRI results revealed a tumor in her pituitary gland. The tumor is growing and putting pressure on her optic chiasm (behind the eyes) which could result in complete vision loss. In addition, this tumor has caused her to be infertile which has been emotionally challenging since she desires to conceive someday. After meeting with an endocrinologist, she was placed on medication with the hope to shrink the tumor. Unfortunately, the medication had several adverse side effects and only made her feel worse.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>She was then referred to a neurologist and neurosurgeon who explained that if she did not pursue surgery, she would have to take this medication for the rest of her life and chances of her ever conceiving would be slim to none. They both advised her to proceed with transsphenoidal surgery.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>Jazlin is a resilient woman, loving sister, caring friend, and dedicated behavioral therapist. Those who have met her, know she has a passion for giving back to special needs individuals like her brother Johnny. She is adventurous, courageously authentic and a go getter. We are eager to see her in good health and spirits again. We kindly ask that you give as generously as you can to help our beloved Jazlin. We will be sure to update you as her journey progresses, thank you for your support!<br /><br />

On November 7th at 11:00 pm Kristine passed. She was a beautiful, smart, 15 year old girl who was athletic, creative, and motivated. She has two brothers (one older and one younger) who are devastated, crushed by the loss of her. We never expected something so horrible to happen to our family and have nothing saved up. Please contribute anything you can to help put our baby girl Kristine to rest. <font color="#333333">We love you Kristine, rest with the angels.</font><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/61132199_1636496449221528_r.jpg" alt="Image" width="100%" media_type="3" /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/61132199_163649644965363_r.jpg" alt="Image" width="100%" media_type="3" />

# Rylees Battle

Our family excitedly waited 37 weeks to finally meet our sweet Baby Syrus Salgado but after 2.5 days of labor, pain, anxiety and stress our strong cousin, Mimi, finally gave birth to Baby Syrus on October 15, 2016. Tragically Baby Syrus did not cry or take a breath after his Daddy, Anthony, helped deliver him. The doctor and nurses tried to resuscitate him but our Baby Syrus's lungs did not expand, did not respond to any resusitative treatments and sadly did not survive. Baby Syrus did not have any complications in the womb and never showed any signs of distress. In fact his heartbeat was always strong at every appt and grew to weigh 7lbs 8oz and was 21 inches long. Mommy and Daddy, Mimi and Anthony, are absolutely distraught and overwhelmed by grief.  They are understandably in shock and cannot imagine what went wrong. An autopsy has been done and everyone is desperately waiting for the results. There is absolutely no reason of why and how this happened. There are so many questions to be answered. We are all praying for their broken hearts to heal and ask God to help them mourn the loss of their beautiful baby boy. We are collecting funds to help ease their pain by trying to pay for Baby Syrus' burial. Please keep them in prayer and help us reach our goal to honor Baby Syrus in a proper burial. God bless each of you for your compassionate prayers and generous donations. <br />(We will post any updates as they become available.)

Baby Syrus Salgado's Burial

Denise Martinez

<div>Dear Friends and Family,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>It is with great sadness that I announce the loss of our beloved Gabriel. In the early morning of January 13, our beloved Gabriel was called home to our Lord Jesus Christ. After many years of pain, his suffering has finally come to an end.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Gabriel was a great man who prayed every night, which was a testament to the hope he had for better days to come. Gabriel was 49 years old, and although he had many medical conditions, he remained hopeful for a brighter tomorrow.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Gabriel had so many goals, and we believed he would get better and accomplish them. Gabriel's children meant everything to him. He loved all of his children and was working hard to right the wrongs he felt he committed as a young father.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>With Gabriel's untimely passing, <strong>I am humbly asking for assistance to help his children with his funeral expenses.</strong> Anything you can give will be enormously helpful, and we kindly also ask to please share this.

</div>
