<div>10 years ago, we came up with the idea to have Christmas Carols on the Green at Headless Cross, ON Christmas Eve. What could be more magical?

<div>Our dream became a reality in 2014, we couldn't believe our eyes when hundreds of people turned out with lanterns &amp; torches and sang their hearts out to traditional Christmas Carols. Each year got bigger and bigger, and it has now become quite a tradition for families to walk up to the green at dusk with lanterns, torches and a hip flask hiding away in a pocket! shhh!

<div>In 2018 we were gifted some beautiful lights, which light up the trees and turn our Green into a Christmas wonderland &amp; bring great joy to those who see them. However, putting the lights onto the trees, taking them down again and storing them comes at a cost, which is where we need your help. This event is attended by hundreds of you, year after year. If you could spare £1-£2 per person that attends, we could cover the cost and continue to light up the green in December. Can you help? We know this is a big ask, particularly in the current climate we are all facing, but we know how much joy the lights, and the carols, bring to so many of you.
