<div>dear friends, family, and community,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>i’m writing this on behalf of amir and asya, nyc-based artists who’ve graciously rented their gallery and studio space, 334 broome, to lobster club for our nyc programming over the years.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>on saturday night, the gallery and studios sustained severe damage from a fire that started in the building’s basement. in an effort to contain it from spreading to the apartments above, fire crews had to tear through the space, destroying much of the gallery and studios in the process.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>we're grateful everyone is safe, but we’re heartbroken for amir and asya, who lost their beloved space and creative home. asya was in the middle of preparing for a solo show, and together they’ve lost upwards of $20k in artwork and supplies.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>in addition to the loss of work and tools, amir and asya are now without a studio and facing an uncertain timeline ahead.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>we’re sharing this in hopes of helping them replace materials, secure a new workspace, and ease some of the financial pressure as they navigate what comes next. all donations will go directly to amir and asya. any support, whether through donating or sharing, is deeply appreciated.

Help Danny & Kelsey Rebuild After Fire

<div>Our dear friends Kayli, Elle, and Laura are suffering an insurmountable loss, as their beautiful home was taken by the Palisades fire. Along with their home, they have lost cherished items that can never be replaced. Anyone who knows these girls can attest to their generosity and kindness. Their home was a place of celebration for birthdays, a space to welcome out of town friends, and, most importantly, a place that kept them safe. It is our goal to help these wonderful women navigate this challenging time. It goes without saying that nothing can truly make the pain and hurt of this situation better, however we can do our best to ease the burden.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Kayli has endured more loss than imaginable, and is the kindest, most humble soul in spite of it. She is someone everyone should strive to be more like everyday. Truly the bestest friend you could ask for. Elle is the definition of sunlight, brightening every room she walks into. She has an incredible gift of making everyone feel loved. Laura is always looking out for others and always lends a listening ear, a standout friend. She is a role model.
