KY, the kid vendor OPENS A LEARN & EARN HUB

# Help Us Build Ky’s Learn & Earn Hub I am Paradise (“Paris”), a mother and entrepreneur from Queens, New York, helping my 9-year-old son, Kyree J. Pearson, turn his vision into a lasting community resource. Ky has already built a successful vending machine business and dreams of opening the Learn & Earn Hub — a safe community center where children can receive tutoring, homework help, free meals, movie nights, and earn gaming time as a reward for academic progress. The center will also provide teenagers with leadership opportunities and a chance to gain meaningful work experience. ## Our Mission The Learn & Earn Hub will provide: - Daily tutoring and homework assistance - Free meals for children - Movie nights and structured activities - Reward-based educational gaming - Teen mentorship and leadership opportunities - First-job opportunities for local youth ## Sustainable Business Model The Learn & Earn Hub is designed to remain affordable for families while becoming financially self-sustaining. ### Affordable Memberships Families will pay approximately $25 per month, which provides access to the center during our four core program days each week. ### Four Core Program Days Children will receive tutoring, homework help, free meals, movie nights, and access to many games at no additional cost. Certain premium games may require a small fee. ### Special Event Day The fifth operating day will feature tournaments, themed events, and special activities that require advance registration and a separate fee. ### Facility Rentals To keep memberships affordable, the building will be rented on two additional days each week for birthday parties, pop-up shops, vendor markets, and community events. ### Additional Revenue Streams - Snack and beverage vending machines - Premium arcade games - Bingo nights and prize events ### ️ Learning & Convenience Store The center will feature a small on-site store offering useful everyday products along with fun toys and gadgets grouped by age, including earbuds, chargers, school supplies, themed folders, books, novelty socks, toys, and small electronics. ### Community Outreach and Fundraising We will continue hosting outreach initiatives, community-based activities, and fundraising events to help support the center. ### Reserve Fund A portion of all revenue will be set aside for unexpected expenses and future needs. ## What Your Donation Will Fund Every dollar donated goes directly toward securing and opening the Learn & Earn Hub. ### Building Acquisition - Down payment or initial lease-to-own payment - Security deposit - First month’s occupancy costs ### Licenses and Permits - Business registration - Health and food service permits - Required local approvals ### ️ Insurance - Coverage required to legally open and operate the center ## What We’ve Already Accomplished - $35,000 raised through our church community - Nearly $15,000 generated through Ky’s vending business - A potential building with seller financing available - Arcade and gaming equipment already secured through our own efforts ## Why This Matters Ky has experienced bullying because of his stutter, yet he has turned that challenge into a mission to create a safe and inspiring place where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. ## ❤️ How You Can Help Every contribution matters — whether it is $1 or simply sharing our story.
