I’m Leonard Jenkins. My son Jonah Kauaaloha Jenkins, his wife, Lindsay, daughter Alexis has moved from Oahu to Portland awaiting a double organ transplant to save his life. Your prayers and donations are greatly appreciated.

Our brother, Christopher M Collins recently passed away. He spent the past six years struggling with Kidney Disease. Throughout that time, he received assistance from the American Kidney Fund by paying for his insurance.

When a loved one passes everyone always asks "how can we help", and wants to contribute in some way As he wasn't very fond of flowers, we are asking for donations to the American Kidney Fund. The American Kidney Fund works towards research and education for patient kidney health , prescription drug resources, dialysis, and kidney transplants.

Why I'm fundraising

Our mom was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in 2017. Over the course of the last seven years and 75 days of hospitalization, we watched our mom slowly succumb to this dreaded disease. In her memory, we hope you will donate to continue scientific research to help those afflicted.

The impact of your support

Your meaningful contribution will help others with chronic kidney disease. We lost our mom too soon to this terrible disease and we hope others don’t experience the same fate. We do this in her loving memory.

Conor Polianites was a beloved family member, friend, teammate, and gentleman. On May 10, 2023, Conor passed away unexpectedly, but despite the tragic loss, we take solace in knowing that his kidneys were donated to save the lives of two. To pay tribute to Conor, The Winchester Gentlemen's Club is hosting a softball tournament on August 20, 2023, where we will be engaging in recreational fun while encouraging event attendees to become organ donors, as well as raise money for the American Kidney Fund, and other causes that Conor loved. Conor was a remarkable human whose spirit will live forever. We hope you can help us with our goal of raising $5,000 for the American Kidney Fund.
