<div>Friends,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each spring, I lace up my sneakers with a group of beloved friends to run in support of a cause that continues to matter deeply to all of us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What began as a way to honor our dear Mary Glenn Oliver nine years ago has grown into a yearly commitment - to not only remember her but also to do something that might help protect other young people and their families from this kind of loss.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There IS reason for hope. Emerging research suggests that suicide rates among college students may be beginning to decline—a reminder that awareness, early intervention, and access to support can truly make a difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At the same time, the challenges facing younger teens remain urgent. Recent data shows that nearly 1 in 5 teens report seriously considering suicide, and many continue to struggle with feelings of sadness and isolation. Suicide remains one of the leading causes of death among young people ages 10–24. These are not just numbers—they represent lives, families, and communities impacted every day.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On Sunday, April 26th, I will be running the Maybelline Women’s Half Marathon in New York City’s Central Park alongside Mary Glenn’s mom, Sara, to raise money for The Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide. Their critical work focuses on increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and equipping teens, parents, and schools with the tools to recognize risk and support those who may be struggling.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’re able, I hope you’ll consider being part of this—whether by running or walking that day wherever you are, making a donation, or helping to spread the word.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you, as always, for your support, your generosity, and for helping make this work possible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Gratefully,
</div>

<div><strong>Help Bring My Vision to Life!</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi, I'm Frances Brunner, an award-winning BFA Fashion Design graduate from Kent State University, originally from Louisville, Kentucky. In recent years, I have had the honor of being an international finalist at the prestigious Redress Design Awards in Hong Kong, the world's largest sustainable fashion design competition. Building on that transformative experience, I created a 7-look collection as part of my Bachelor of Fine Arts program (pictured above), focusing on innovative and sustainable fashion. I am honored to be offered the opportunity to take the next step as an independent designer by showcasing my new collection on the international stage this April 2025.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My designs center around imagining a world that asks, "Who would we be without our limiting beliefs?" I am passionate about inspiring holistic embodiment of the individual by expanding societal expectations, reimagining internal narratives, and encouraging authentic self-expression through my designs. One of my core purposes is to make others feel seen and help them remember who they truly are, fostering a deep connection to their inner selves and embracing the beauty of what it means to be human.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This collection reimagines Southern tradition in America and perfectionism through transformation and growth. At its core is Deniim, a self-created textile from repurposed denim, alongside felted suiting, lace tablecloths, burlap, and Kentucky horseshoes—symbols of resilience and reinvention. A palette of faded blues, greys, and earthy neutrals echoes worn workwear, bridging past and future. Embracing luck and a softer masculinity, it encourages authentic self-expression and personal storytelling.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As I have personally explored where I came from and expanded the idea of who I want to become and where I would like to go, I hope this collection inspires you to do the same. To tell untold stories, uncover limitless potential, and embrace the expression and curiosity within yourself.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Your support will help me bring this collection to life on the prestigious international runway, giving me a platform to share these stories and inspire others.</strong> By donating, you are not just supporting my journey; you are contributing to a larger conversation about self-discovery, sustainability, and pushing creative boundaries in fashion.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am immensely grateful for any contribution you can make. Your generosity will help cover the costs of showcasing this collection, from production to presentation, and make this dream a reality.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your support and belief in my vision!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With my sincerest gratitude,
</div>

Help Award-Winning Designer Showcase internationally

Hi my name is Maria and I am a Filipina trans women who is funding all of her education and transition by herself. The only family I have is my mom and there is only so much she can do to support me financially as we are both poor. I have been funding my entire life since I was sixteen and now that I am going to college and transitioning, it is beginning to get too hard to do both. I need money for new clothes, makeup, hormones, name change, wigs, and feminizing surgeries. Next year, I will be losing most of my financial aid that I need to continue attending college and pursuing my dreams. I don't want to have to drop out and move back to my hometown full-time in the south. Living in the South as a visible trans woman is extremely dangerous and I will most likely have to be masculine presenting most of the time in order to survive. I already experience an incredible amount of gender dysphoria because I don't own many feminine wigs and clothes.This money will also go towards me going back to therapy which I desperately need as I have been struggling with mental illness since I was 13. Almost all the money I've saved for college that I worked so hard for is gone.  Please help me fund my transition and fund my education.<br /><br />If you could, please share this with everyone you know and boost this as much as possible. Thank you so much. <br /><br />Since gofundme does take a small percentage out of every donation here is my venmo<br /><br />Venmo: riptheslit
