 A few days ago, Sonny was badly injured in an attack by other dogs. What started as puncture wounds and damaged skin has turned into a much more serious injury. Some of the tissue on his leg became necrotic, and our veterinarian warned us that the damaged skin would eventually slough away.

<div>
 Yesterday, things took a frightening turn. Sonny managed to get around his protective cone and lick at the injured area. When I checked on him, a large section of damaged tissue had come away, leaving an extremely deep open wound with bone exposed.
</div>

 We immediately contacted the veterinarian and have been following their instructions. Sonny is on antibiotics and medication for pain and inflammation, and we're doing wound care and bandage changes every day while watching closely for infection and hoping his leg can heal.
</div>

 But at this point, we don't know where this ends.
</div>

 <br>
</div>
<div>
 He may need additional veterinary treatment, wound debridement, repeated examinations, stronger medications, or possibly surgery. If the leg cannot be saved, amputation may ultimately become necessary.

 And that's the part that scares me.

 I'm not asking anyone to carry this whole burden for us. I know how expensive groceries, utilities, gas, and simply living have become, and I know a lot of people don't have extra money to give.

<div>Hi, my name is Tammie and I’m raising funds for my sister, Penna who lost most everything in a house fire 11/7/2023. An electrical fire broke out in her bedroom, luckily while she was awake. She managed to get Tipp (dog) out of the house but was unable to locate Jaspurr (cat) and has since learned he didn’t survive. The fight to save her babies left her with 1st and 2nd degree burns to her face and shoulders.

<div>We’re grateful she walked away with minor injuries but she lost 30 years of items, some of which are not replaceable. We’re hoping homeowners insurance will cover most things and they anticipate she could be back in her home in 5-6 months. In the meantime financial help with daily living, rebuilding her life, and replacing basic needs would be helpful.

Fire related expenses for Penna West

An unfortunate tragedy has happened to Presley and Zac and they have unexpectedly lost their Mother. Their mother, Lindysue , was a vibrant, hilarious, friendly, open, and accepting woman. She loved meeting new people, swapping stories, feeding friends, family, and neighbors, and just having a great time. On so many occasions, she would give whatever she had so that others wouldn’t do without, even at times in her life when she was barely making it herself.
Now she is gone, and we need help to give her as beautiful a send-off as the woman we all loved deserved, at least to the best of our abilities. The funds being raised are to help the kids lay their Mom to rest and some legal fees regarding the property. If you can make a donation it is greatly appreciated and if not please keep the kids and family in your prayers as we all navigate through the coming weeks and difficult times ahead.

My sister Jennifer Burns received a new kidney December 21, 2017 and thank God other than a few minor problems her kidney is doing it's job. She is scheduled to be off of work for 8 weeks or longer. My sister has always helped people who needed it so please I would appreciate it so much if we could give back to her. She has rent, car note, a stack of medical bills, etc.. She has a 1 yr old daughter named Lily.
