Hi my name is Norma Ramirez Viurquiz i am begging the community for help my son was killed in October it really affected my family, my daughter is 13 years old and was 12 at the time of the passing of her brother. Since October my daughter has been baker acted 10 times she has been hallucinating she was baker acted on the 13th of May to the vines the social worker at the vines was suppose to help me get my daughter into residential well on the 22nd of May I received a phone call from the vines stating my daughter was being discharged i told them it was a unsafe discharge due to her self harming they didn’t care what i said. On the 23rd of May we where out doing some errands when my daughter went hysterical and we had to call 911 for help the paramedics showed up quickly to help us they brought her to advent health where she was put back on a baker act for the tenth time they found her a place in Titusville on the 27th of may I received a call from the facility that my daughter attacked two employees and sent them to the hospital and they are on leave. My daughter discharge date is for June 1st because my daughter needs a sipp application to go to residential and i was told it could take a couple months yes she has Medicaid but there’s nothing i can do in the meantime until the sipp application goes through and my only option is to pay for a residential program that can help her. As of today my daughter is still hallucinating and her medication has changed once again and they’ve had to give her shots a few times to calm her down and put her to sleep. Mental health is not a joke please help me keep my daughter in the program until her insurance can pick up on it thank you and God bless!
