<div>Hello, our names are Sabrina and Marisa, and we have created this fund in honor of our beautiful baby sister, Celina. Unfortunately, our sister was taken from us late on May 29, during a domestic violence incident. She is survived by us, our parents, her nieces and nephews, and her three children. Celina was a hardworking, selfless woman who dedicated her life to providing for her sons. While not biologically her child, Jonathan has been a son to her since he came into her life. She supported him in everything he did and was always front row at his band's performances. She was a young mom to her son Michael and was proud to be able to see him graduate with his AA in journalism two days before this tragedy. He has plans to continue his education at a university in the fall. Her youngest child, Justin, recently finished his freshman year of high school. Celina and her boys were inseparable; to know her was to know how proud they continuously made her. We are all devastated by this unexpected tragedy, and we will be collecting donations to give Celina the memorial that she deserves, honor her memory, and say our last goodbyes. All donations will help to cover the cost of Celina’s funeral and will also be going to support her sons.

<p>Cameron dedicated his life to being a kind, loving, and uplifting man. He brought out the best in every single person he encountered. All he wanted was to make an impact in people’s life. We are all devastated by Cameron’s loss, and were not prepared to lose him so quickly. To those who are unaware of what happened, Cam went out swimming in the Colorado river with friends, and got caught in the current and hasn’t resurfaced. The police are still searching, so please keep our family in your prayers.

King Jacobs Memorial Fund

New to Altadena, having just moved here 3 weeks ago from Mississippi,  Damien was walking to work this morning at Grocery Outlet, when he was robbed at gunpoint.  The assailants made off with his wallet and cell phone.  The community of Altadena is coming together to raise funds for a new cell phone and a year's worth of service. 
From the Altadena Sheriff's Station: A robbery occurred on 10/10/20 at approximately 6:10 am near the intersection of Altadena Drive and Marengo Avenue in Altadena. A dark handgun was used, and the victim’s cellphone and wallet were stolen. The victim suffered a facial injury due to being struck by the handgun. The suspect is described as a male Black adult, approximately 30 years old. The suspect was last seen entering the passenger side of a dark colored Ford Mustang, driven by an unknown person.
