Dear Friends,

We’re coming together to support our dear friend Ingrid's family, Scott and Payton, as they face their incredible loss. Ingrid passed in the early hours of the morning on October 7th with Scott by her side from stage 4 intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of bile duct cancer that attacked her liver. Her illness lasted only two weeks, barely time to say goodbye.

Anyone who knew Ingrid knows she always was fiercely determined and strong, the kind of person who gives everything she has to the people she loves and the community around her. She worked tirelessly to improve our public school system, showing up every day with compassion, dedication, and grit. Now, it’s our turn to show up for her family.

Your donations will help the Scott and Payton with daily living expenses, caregiving support, and future needs, including Payton’s education and stability as they navigate their world without there wife and mother. Any amount makes a real difference.
